ACE VS OZ
CLASH OF THE TITANS WOOOOOOO
Also Oz vs KTF, mayhaps we'll see some combination of JD/Forgg and Flash/Luxury
|
Reach first out vs Oz !!
HERO PROTOSS FIGHTING!
|
|
I hope Calm has found his groove again been like 2 sets since STX used him.
|
Kwanro vs NaDa should be good
|
Wow Kwanro...between Effort and Savior it seems like quite a while since we've seen him used, wonder what prompted this turnaround?
Woongjin going back to opening with GuemChi it seems, good news for my fantasy team I hope.

Sparkyz fighting! hopefully they can make up for that loss against CJ (although fair play to Savior - it was pretty epic.)

I don't understand why ACE would lead off with Casy against STX. Even if he wins game one, game two on Medusa would be an autoloss. Should at least play someone who has some chance of winning two games.

Well they've been opening with Protoss a lot so maybe they figured STX would send July or by.hero to snipe that player on Neo Harmony, and sent Casy to beat the zerg. I don't know that anyone would ever really expect multiple wins in a row from Casy even if all the games were on Rush Hour 3.
Then again opening with a protoss on Neo Harmony would be kind of stupid in and of itself so maybe I'm way off.

On the other hand its not like Ace has too many options out there besides Reach or Anytime.

Looks like no one sent their best player first for week 3.

In Winners League you can't gameplan like this though. Casy might be a strong play on Neo Harmony, but seeing that Medusa is the next map, then best-case scenario is a 1-1 score, a wash. They'd be better off saving Casy to possibly snipe a Zerg/Terran on Destination, then he would be in a better position in his next game on Rush Hour. Or they could save him for even later in the match when they may only need one more win to take the match.

I think again it is the oposite, you are trying to plan too much ahead and WL is not like you can say anything for sure. What i really think is that in anycase Casy will go 1-1 score overall because his bad TvP. Then what are aces options for openers? they could send a lesser player giving up on NH. Then they could send reach or anytime to get 1-1 on medusa then stx can choose what to do on destination. They cant give up on medusa again to get 0-2 (ok then casy snipes but then loses and its 1-3). But if Casy wins a non vP match and then loses going 1-1 its most probably because stx sent a P on medusa, forcing a PvP on destination and protecting the Aces P rooster.

OversKy is the logical play on Neo Harmony. Gives them just as good of a chance at taking game one, and then he can be a strong player on Medusa.

But Oversky has been in a coma ever since arm wrestling with Reach. We won't be seeing him any time soon
