Most importantly...
- The TeamLiquid staff would like to welcome Tadzio to the TeamLiquid writer's team! He has been doing a great job on TL with live report threads for a long time, and more recently has been posting reports on the GOM Intel Classic. Welcome!
Also, Sonuvbob has made some cool improvements, but he is a shy guy so I will let you know about them.

3. Temp bans are now checked every 5 minutes instead of daily at midnight KST
can you explain this more? is there an automatic function that searches for shared accounts or something

@yubee: The resolution for temp ban duration is now 5 minutes rather than 1 day.

A few more suggestions to make moderation more transparent:
* Sign warnings with your nick, so the warned whom he has to contact if he has questions about it
* When closing/moving a thread put a TL-Bot message in that thread saying who did it and when.
* Add a TL-Bot message to the banned thread when unbanning a person or modifying their ban duration
* Allow moving between blogs and other forums. No idea how well that might work with your db structure, as blogs require additional information to be present in the db. It's rather common to that a thread gets closed with the comment that the author should repost in blogs.
