Most importantly...
- The TeamLiquid staff would like to welcome Tadzio to the TeamLiquid writer's team! He has been doing a great job on TL with live report threads for a long time, and more recently has been posting reports on the GOM Intel Classic. Welcome!
Also, Sonuvbob has made some cool improvements, but he is a shy guy so I will let you know about them.

@yubee: The resolution for temp ban duration is now 5 minutes rather than 1 day.

A few more suggestions to make moderation more transparent:
* Sign warnings with your nick, so the warned whom he has to contact if he has questions about it
* When closing/moving a thread put a TL-Bot message in that thread saying who did it and when.
* Add a TL-Bot message to the banned thread when unbanning a person or modifying their ban duration
* Allow moving between blogs and other forums. No idea how well that might work with your db structure, as blogs require additional information to be present in the db. It's rather common to that a thread gets closed with the comment that the author should repost in blogs.

You can do this, up to the choice of the moderator.

These three are on the todo list, they'll probably get done in that order too.

If you didn't get HeadBangaa's explanation, then this means that with the old system, every day at midnight, tl would check the list of temp-banned users to see who's already finished their ban duration, and would get unbanned right then. So if you got a 2 day ban at 12 noon, you would really have to wait 2 and a half days to get unbanned. However, now you get unbanned within 5 minutes of your ban duration being up.
This is all conjecture since I've never been banned.

As far as the moderation updates, these all seem pretty useful. I recall there was discussion about a reporting feature, possibly limited to users with X amount of posts. Has there been discussion amongst the moderation team about including a feature like this?
