So I tried appeal for my job to my supervisor's supervisor, no good. The interview was fairly well, lots of communication and ideas and laughs, I'm sure my supervisor's supervisor thought highly of me, but sometimes it is hard to fit people back in.
I'll look for some other tutor jobs, if not, then some other generic but academic related job would be good too. I called my parents and they reckon it is better to make silly mistakes now on trivial jobs than later on important jobs, so it's all part of a good lesson learned.
Anyways here's the letter,

Thanks for meeting with me on Wednesday, November 19th regarding your desire to appeal your suspension of study room privileges for the Fall of 2008. After hearing your thoughts and reviewing the documents related to the situation, I have decided to uphold Tim Randazzo’s decision of suspension.
This is our final decision. If you are would like to discuss grievance options through the University Human Resources Department, you may contact Rosemary Leb at 642-4576. Evan, I think you are a very talented student and I’m sorry we have to make this decision at this time. You have my sincerest wishes for a productive academic career."

I think there's a problem with that, as you can only recieve unemployment pay if you're laid off, not if you're fired...

I'm a full time student and I don't really get those lol... The job itself isn't too much to me, I'll just miss my friends cuz we'd have less time together.
