This post describes what the Observer PlusPlus Cyclone mod does. The motivation for the mod came after the patch 5.0.14 was released in a broken state on Nov 25, 2024, and HomeStory Cup and our own SC2FI 14V Cup tournaments were going to be played on a broken patch. The mod is built on top of the great Observer PlusPlus mod but with added fixes mainly for the Cyclone.

This mod fixes Cyclone and other bugs on top of Observer PlusPlus.
Cyclone changes
- Lock on CP:
- Period Durations: 0.0625 -> 1
- Period Count: 320 -> 19
- Period Durations: 0.0625 -> 1
- Terran Vehicle Weapons Level 1-3
- Upgrade Effects:
- Cyclone Attack Weapon Damage Amount: 1 -> 2
- This fixes Cyclone base attack scaling with weapon upgrades to match what it was in 5.0.11

- Increased Cloaking field duration 0.125 -> 0.126
- This fixes the bug that allowed units to target units cloaked by Mothership without detection

Nexus changes
- Energy Recharge:
