P.S. - It's still not uploaded. >.<

Yeah that's weird. I uploaded Game 1 yesterday, and it does show up on nevake's My Videos screen but not in the channel. I'll reupload it tonight.

It doesn't for me. Do the videos load slower?

Sorry. I had not checked the thread before making my post. Won't happen again. Thing is, Zatic automatically keeps me informed of Nevake's account's updates. I posted as soon as I had the PM, as I was lurking on TL at that time. It didn't cross my mind that someone else could have posted before. I will be more careful from now on. And to the user who reported a lagging stream from Nevake's : you are the first (and so far only one) to complain. Since both Nevake's and Baezzi's accounts are both on Youtube, the server should be the same (or should we ask R1ch for tips on Youtube?).
PS : Game 1 of July vs Luxury still doesn't work. Weird.

Never was able to keep up with WCG like this year, not even when Afreeca was around : )

YouTube has a buttload of servers, and assigns each uploader account to a specific server (a form of db partitioning called sharding), so they are most likely on different servers.
There's a good summary of YouTube's architecture here if you're bored. :p

BeSt vs Kwanro set 2 was choppy. But it was the only one.

Well sharding is only a DB term. Videos are distributed among their servers and come off the one server/data center that has the least load at a given time. That part is pretty simple actually. So it doesn't really make sense that one users' videos are faster than the other's.
Interesting article, especially the part where they say the thumbnails seem to be the most complicated part of the whole system.
