You have to provide some kind of evidence/proof (screenshots/replays etc.) if you are going to accuse somebody. Additionally, a supporting comment of what people should be looking for and when will be necessary if you are posting replays/evidence.

Because of the previous encounter(s) i've had with this guy on ladder where he scouts and plays better than Innovation and can find every single overlord in fog of war by clicking on them, i decided to proxy him and see how he reacts. Before leaving this game, he pulls off some great acting, up until he decides to snap his camera in fog of war directly to where the proxy is lol. It's pretty normal someone is going to check a game they leave / quit+rewind THEN move their camera to see where the proxy is right? This kid literally just snaps his camera straight to the proxy before quit+rewinding the game. Oh, happens to be right directly on the proxy which could have been anywhere lol. Most likely out of habit because he can see both buildings in fog via his MH. The other evidence i posted on TL was worse than this, with Winter quite literally clicking on overlords in fog of war, multiple times within the same game with a viking. How much more evidence needs to be posted? There was evidence i had from the LOTV beta of Winter doing the exact same thing, clicking on/avoiding stasis traps in fog of war, as well as clicking on observers. Now within the last week, he's doing the same thing clicking on overlords directly in fog of war, and snapping his camera straight to a proxy (inadvertently) before leaving a game. Hacks exist on this game. And yes, some known people are using them. They think they are smart enough to not get caught - they will get caught. IF this were SC1 / Brood War era and we had tools seeing kids click on buildings/units and waypointing their units DIRECTLY onto units in fog of war, they'd be insta-banned from TL / put on blast in the community. Why is this not the same in 2018? How much evidence needs to be presented here on TL or elsewhere to actually punish cheaters in the community? I'm asking honestly because apparently nowadays the only thing accepted will be if someone is behind their PC at the person's home with a camera. It's obvious there is a working MH out there right now that's being passed around/multiplying as of late. Hacking to raise his league and in turn his profile in the SC2 community would be inline with Winter's previous behavior, namely the blatant use of stream bots and subsequent denials.

During his 3k apm moments, he's looking at the battle and hold down the zergling/baneling key, but he's not injecting or spreading creep simultaneously so it makes me think that it's just him building units.

Profile: battlenet:://starcraft/profile/2/14637743389425008640 Server: EU League: Masters 2 Replay: https://drop.sc/replay/9838340 I'm really cautious to not publically accuse my opponents of maphacking, but damn, this guy didn't even try to hide it. For people who don't want to watch the full replay, here's a list of obvious timings: 8:15 - he turns his stalkers around in the middle of the map to intercept my scouting marine on the top side of the map 9:20 - he sees my moveout through the fog of war and moves to intercept it 10:15 - he intercepts my drop without any vision 11:35 - he looks at my army composition through the fog of war 14:45 - he intercepts the marine poke at his 5th 16:15 - his army movement follows my push around the map I did not include the slightly suspicious moves, like stalker positioning at the start, running from cyclone, intercepting marine tank push and following the banshee, because those could have been just luck (though I know now that they weren't).

Played against him a few dozen times and suspected at times but thought he was just good. Hard to argue with that stuff and some personal anecdotes. It's sad that hackers can literally hold the #1 spot on ladder for a whole season without action.

This replay shows a player named VeganGains AKA prototype cheating in the 2v2 ladder. He is a mate of purelegacy. Here is the replay : https://drop.sc/replay/10903206 At min 8.07: i go for a double drop and the guy click to kill it on the fog at min 8.12. I changed the trajectory of my drops and the guy watch it at min 8.16. In the fog, he pan to see why i didnt go straight forward. I go back to the initial trajectory and he f2 his army into the drop at min 8.23 still without any information. At min 9.25, i go push on his mate side and just before he watches his mate defenses and moves his phenix to help him. Still without any clue of what i doing and at a perfect timing. The' guy plays with 0 obs. At min 11.51, his camery freeze and he ghost my double drop and try to catch it. He can see it at min 11.58 but he was following him in the fog before.
