re; Ball's shooting its tough for Ball to get his shot off when dribbling with his right hand because he brings it over to the left side of his head. as a ball carrier that's a pretty big deal. NBA defensive planners will force Ball into tough situations because they've no doubt seen this problem. an NBA PG has got to be able to drill a shot while carrying the ball with either hand. If he were playing a non ball-carrier position this wouldn't be as big of a deal.
to me he looked good against Minnie so i say let him do his thing. if over the long term it proves problematic then do something about it.

Remember the Red Mamba on the Spurs? I forgot his name. I just remember his 3-pt release being slow. He was a PF/C and his shots would just disappear in the playoffs.
I do remember Matt Bonner and I think at 6;10 almost 7 feet u are afforded a little more time based on both your size and the speed of people generally covering you. For those who don't here is a great retirement vid!
Yup, that's the guy. There were a few lean years where he was a pretty important part of the Spurs offense in the regular season. He was tall but I think his shots were slow, set shots. He could also have a 2-inch vertical instead of a set shot. I couldn't tell. Even Chris Paul can contest a 7-footer's shot if said 7-footer doesn't jump.
I think scalabrine was the white mamba. There were a lot of troll mambas at the time, which is great, because Kobe gave himself that nickname, which is lame AF.
All the troll mambas I can recall are slow, tall, unathletic, white guys, which there aren't that many in the NBA anymore. And no, Kevin Love doesn't count as unathletic. Not compared to the mambas.

What, you don't think the Servant is a cool nickname?
isn't FS1 more of a network than a station? turns out this is the FS1 "pick a side" campaign. the sides are "Hopeless" and "Hopeful". i guess they distributed pictures of the "Hopeless" side first to stir things up.

first the NBA follows the NHL by deterring tanking with watered down draft lottery chances similar to the NHLs. now the NBA follows the NHL's All Star game format...
if only the NHL would follow the NBA and find a way to increase scoring....

With all the KD kerfuffle happening recently, "Servant" becomes funnier
