Fuck you. And fuck your customer service.
it took these assholes an hour with 6 transfers and 1 hang up to inform me that my newly purchased wireless adapter for 360 is fucking deffective. Dumb cunts. This process involved looking at ONE FUCKING SCREEN, AND IF ITS GRAYED OUT MY WIRELESS THING DOES NOT FUCKING WORK.
Seriously, every one of them had the same retarded stall tactics of making me run retarded time consuming tests, when i got to the 4th one i cut him off and answered eveyr fucking question he could think of, this had the effect of instead of running retarded pointless tests for 5-10 minutes, i was just put on hold for 5-10 minutes. Atleast that took less effort.
Fuck Microsoft.

I had similar experiences dealing with DSL problems recently and on the one hand I do understand that some old people and people who are just technologically stupid (i'm not even good with tech stuff but I have moderate intelligence) may not have filters on their phone lines but it's still annoying to go through the same routine with various representatives.

every custom service in the world is fucked up
|
did the support staff sound like americans?.... or were they outsourced? ;;
|
they all had accents and crappy phone connections. It's like they were all using DSL without a line filter.
|
the worst technical support i ever had was probably with D-Link, some indian asshole kept condescending to me like i didn't know a router from a brick. Then to end it off he said i had to pay 50$ to continue the customer service on my 40$ device.
I told him to fuck off and hung up.

lol, d-link. Stick with Linksys T_T
|
i have linksys now :D the D-Link tihng was actually a wireless receiver for a game console like a PS2 or soemthing. They sucked and now i refuse to sell anyone D-Link shit at my job, and due to this i probably lost them over 3000$ in sales!!

I thought this was 'Dear Micronesia'
