yep which was why i initially liked tw's plan, cause that needed only like 8 pushes and 4 pulls or something we might need to take a look if we can transition back to that plan now. maybe we should try to off one person less, in order to be more safe hope the item does something usefull

Kitaman/MZ can correct me if I'm wrong here, but from reading Death Factory 2 it looks like town conceded in the round that they did partially because they wouldn't have enough people around at deadline to make the moves they needed. So we should also have deadline/end of day cover for backup in case scum and/or anti-town third party pull any BS.

It looks like we need three pushes on Kurumi, Chez and prplhz in that order. Then Kurumi needs to be pushed again. So 4 pushes successively before we pull disformation to safety. We need way more people here though, that's the problem right now.

It looks like we need three pushes on Kurumi, Chez and prplhz in that order. Then Kurumi needs to be pushed again. So 4 pushes successively before we pull disformation to safety. We need way more people here though, that's the problem right now.

I seem to remember a themed game where town essentially could choose as many lynches as they want, but in return mafia received that many kp. I wonder if we might be dealing with something similar here. Anyone remember if this was a Palmar game? I can't find it so far.

One thing I read in Death Factory 2 that then-host Ace was scolding the town (that conceded lol) was that town were trying to burn too many scum at once. In that game syllogism was the obvious mafia but town were divided on trying to take syllo, and zendor and someone else out all at once and got nothing achieved. (There was the additional issue of town failing to pull scum off when they had the opportunity but that's a moot point here.)
TLDR: Focus on the consensus targets/saves first, and keep it simple. I wouldn't even try and think ahead on the what if's, but that's the lesson I took away from reading the DF games.
