so now we use 9 pushes and 5 pulls, including the pushes we used on disfo. new plan starts "2 pull on disfo" and we don't move disfo otherwise

okay nevermind. So the only way to get to 4b is if 4a is occupied and you get pushed from 5+, which didn't happen in this case, right?

From #1 with Artanis and Rels both pushing disformation, unless I'm reading this wrong, disformation should already be in row 3.

That's what I was trying to say. I am pretty sure disformation is in row 3 and in possession of the item and not standing next to the item.
How did this work in Death Factory 1 and 2?

Another thing we gotta worry about is the mafia response at the end of the cycle. If mafia is about to die, they have no reason not to use a push or pull to take other townies with them.

Assuming 2/5 of those players listed are mafia, they can both execute a pull on myself or tumble and pull one of us off the queue, granting them a danger zone in level 6. Then they can use a single push to kill any townie of their choosing from row 7 to 11 (since they would automatically be pushed to 6), so we could lose HTS and disfo for free.
If we assume that mafia will send these actions during the final seconds of the cycle, we won't have time to react, so we gotta make sure that we plan ahead of time so this can't happen...or at least so we can limit our losses if it does.
Alternatively, they could do something like a double push on glowingbear, a double pull on myself, which would turn rows 6 and 7 into fire, while saving glowingbear from death in the process.

We may need to come up with a plan to avoids putting anyone in slot two or 14 by the end of the cycle. It is still susceptible to a 3 mafia end of day plan, but I don't think we can get around that.
