you only have to study once, and you won't forget any of it because you won't be doing a lot of shit after your ap exam. and the chemistry one was pretty easy... :D

Then again judging from their performance in physics, they probably wouldn't fare any better... The AP physics B students seemed to be mixed on whether the test was easy or hard. Word is the multiple choice was harder but the free response was easier than expected (unless I forgot and got it backwards) Edit: BTW the AP physics teacher is making the students take the state-wide regents exam as a final. This is very common in New York (the state).

I had a few teachers in HS who would change your grade depending on how you did on the AP test. I flunked a bio class once only to pass thanks to my AP score. Good luck with your test il0se. The only advice I can give you about the essay is that they're not looking for structure so much as they want certain facts out of you. The grading works like this: for every fact or idea you mention, you get a point, up to a certain number of points for that particular question. There's not a lot of room for subjectivity, but writing clearly and with correct grammar will help definitely. If you have no idea about a question, just throw down whatever you know that might be related, but don't spend too much time on it. You can sometimes pick up a few points, and it might refresh your memory. Also, don't spend too much time with any question. That was always my problem. Break a leg

With the DBQ, simply all you need to do is reference and interpret your passages correctly. Say what you want to say and simply use your documents as references to back up your argument. Establish a clear thesis, and answer all the basic points first. Do remember that if you don't get basic requirements, you can't get extended requirement points. For your comparison essay, simply compare the two that you're given. Also remember that for comparison and change over time essays, you get a choice of what topics to choose from. Choose the one you feel most comfortable with. Change over time essay you MUST remember to say how it differed from back then to now. Do remember the basics for an essay topic, establish your clear point, and back it up with any outside information you know. Good luck, best regards. You'll do fine if you know the material. No need to stress about it.

For example, my friend takes ap bio and they're taking some nature walk for their final. And thanks ahrara, what did you get on the test? I took US history and to be honest, I fell asleep halfway through the multiple choice and nobody bothered to wake me up. I got a 3. I got 5s on my non history aps though. Oh shit. I forgot a DBQ was a document based question. I thought it was just essays. It's been so long I think you better listen to Roffles instead.

Calculus was easy but I think I missed one limit problem. Eh I wasn't expecting it to show up. AP european history was okay, nothing hard. And if the AP Chem exam was a girl, I raped it.

Was your ap score factored into the average to some extent as a 100? If yes and yes, then I don't think the teacher did anything wrong.

finished all my APs this year - i took physics B, us history, and english language micronesia - yeah im in NY so I have to take regents finals for my ap classes. pretty dumb because its a month after the aps. OP - know the rubric for each exam on the ap world. write your essay to cater to the rubric, extracting the most points you can out of it even if you dont know much about a subject. if you do know a lot about a topic, write well, and still, keep the rubric in mind.
