you keep saying to yourself "abit more couldn't hurt" until you feel really uncomfortable about the amount you're putting in, then you put in a bit more. that's how much I put in. I think it's actually something like 1 part lamb 1 part green onion 1/5 part cumin but yeah just put a lot a lot of it. I recommend buying cumin from trader joes, they sell a good little bottle of it for mere 2 dollars.

Ah never heard of this dish in Singapore. Think explosion is a wrong choice of word. It is more of 'burst'. A burst of scallion flavour.
