Overuse is an intrinsically paradoxical concept. If looking to the left is cool, all one has to do is keep turning to the left and they will reach as much coolness as turns they perform. It is quite simple. And I met someone in the hospital the other day who had cruel parents who named him gustavi instead of gustavo. I now know him only as chupazi, he likes how it sounds but knows not of its nature. It is a complex relationship. He looks without for meaning to the name, when he should look within.

My takeaway from this game (other than my reads are obviously worse when i'm not being attentive enough) - trust my early instincts on HF. Time and time again they are right and I let other people persuade me out of it. If I'd just maintained my trust in HF I could have shot rsoultin.

xP argument was totally legit.

Also like 3 outta the 6 people I called mafia in my first page were mafia. Heh.

Alright finally finished reading this game, super interesting!
- BH your story was super good and well written, thanks! A bit angry Mr. captain too-clean-to-be-honest shot down the case TBH.
- ruxxar & Damdred: would have never scumread them if I was playing. Super impressed by ruxx in particular 'cause it's his 3rd game I think.
- I was so sure HTS was scum all game! =p
- Never suspected WOS but I disagree with best mafia claim. I was much more impressed by his last mafia game (where he destroyed the town I was living peacefully in). If not for the high number of AFK town players, he would have been shot by 2 shot-gunsmith sooooo hard.
- I learn a lot about buddying, that was definitely a big reason the scum team did so well. Not commenting on that man-woman bullshit, I know I have a hard time pushing someone that townreads me.
- I hate these concepts of "auto-lynch" and relying on blues, I love HF's idea to have all vanilla games sometimes (even though that last one ended super quickly). Town definitely was hurt by claiming + not admitting there could be two roleblocks

All vanilla games should be played more often - they are the best. Hosts probably refuse to do them because it is boring for them or something like that. Idk. But once blue roles are in the game you need to play to the odds and there are almost never 2 rbs. If milo had been very very towny I might have considered not lynching him but he wasn't. He was a question mark that needed to be eliminated to move on with the game.

+1
It's difficult to justify after the fact because in order for milo to be scum he would claim roleblocked knowing that ritoky was getting roleblocked. Whereas faking a check would be better for him if he were scum. It simply didn't outweight his "scuminess" though.

Also sorry for smurfing Rels. I fully intended to hide my identity for longer than this game but then I saw that I rolled vet and had to make them shoot me.

I probably don't have room to talk since I relied on meta more than I normally have in my games, but the meta reads on me were terrible, only OWS actually understood that I don't play anything the same between minis and large games and that lack of pushing people in a large game was not mafia indicative like some people thought it was. Luckily it wasn't a real problem as I wasn't in too much danger of being lynched but it was pretty annoying with the tunnellers (i.e. Boxerfred/Holyflare).

There is no way that they do not shoot him if their only rb is on ritoky. So his best play is to make it a lynch between ritoky and him (which he probably would have won) or to convince town it would be best not to lynch into the cops by claiming rb.

"Only OWS understood".

Knowing nothing of meta, HtS looked very town throughout the game and the only doubts I had were due to how "clean" her game was, but that just seems to be her style.
Applying meta correctly is super difficult. I think HtS using bf's meta to show that he's town was accurate, and I should have picked up on rsoultin going "I dunno what ur talking about lol"
|
Sorry I actually forgot....you metaread me correctly from that same game JAT <3
JAT saying that I clash with townleaders in my town games more. Something like that.

well when you purposefully ignore me for an entire cycle, there's only one person to blame -.-
