For some reason they stopped it, and it killed me (mind you I'm deaf). I stopped watching it because of that, but if it were to come back again, I'd probably ends up doing a marathon. Wow, that sucks. Probably not going to happen. Somewhere, in some deep place on the internet, there are probably some subtitles... problem would be finding them. I kinda feel sorry for you... If you want I can sub everything for you (English if you don't mind, français est trop difficile :S). It'll take some time, but I'm used to subbing 40 minute shows with frame precise visual pop up text and stuff, which is very annoying, but subbing this would be somewhat of a treat.
Well, apparently these exists: http://subscene.com/subtitles/rwby-second-season
Have to know how to work .ass files though (lol, that extension makes me giggle. Shut up I'm juvenile).

Well, the Season didn't end on quite the cliffhanger I was expecting, but at least there was some good action.
Love how there's such a marked skill divide between the first years, seniors (CFVY) and the professional Huntsmen. That's always a sticking point for me in a lot of these "combat school" settings, how the main characters always end up being prodigies that outstrip people with years of experience, so to see that the protagonists still have a ways to go is cool.

I'm actually finding myself enjoying this series a lot. Sick action sequences (that would require way too many hand drawn frames with your traditional anime) and a great soundtrack (semblance to Guilty Gear/BlazBlue, with vocals). Voice acting was better than I thought for the most part. And the humor omg lol
RWBY goes to show that adding bullets (some with elemental effects) to weapons makes every fight scene cooler and very stylish, not a bad thing. I guess Monty Oum got some of his inspiration from the Devil May Cry series. Also nice to see the animation improving in general as the series progresses.
Consider me a fan!

apparently monty oum died yesterday? have there been any statements on the future of the show?

Wow...
Saw the announcement that he was in critical condition, but passing away so suddenly...
|
wtf.... He literally created some of my favorite animations (including RWBY) through Dead Fantasy..
R.I.P.

RIP Monty

how unfortunate... R.I.P.

Well, looks like the new lead animator has taken up the reigns fairly well.
Or maybe this was material Monty had already completed previously, so who knows. Still, good to see that it's still continuing.

I'm just so glad the story is continuing and I enjoyed the first episode. I think its off to a good start.

I'm looking forward to season three wasn't sure how it was going to be continued...

Just got into this, glad I did. Problem is now I have to wait a week for each episode gah

Series seems to have found its groove again. Episode 2 had me seriously worried about the animation quality, but the last 2 were at a nice sweet spot. Not Monty Oum style, but enough flash and substance that everything looks fluid and good.

Cool! Looks like Dynasty/ Hyrule Warriors?

last few episodes were pretty good, makes me hyped for the upcoming ones.
