I don't think you understand your own argument. You're saying that Taeja lost because he sucks at preparation based leagues. I'm saying he lost simply because he didn't play his best, and that it had nothing to do with preparation.

Sure you might have to win vs one or two code s class players to win that tournament, that isn't enough in code s though. It isn't only about the format, it's also about the difficulty of competition.
