Well frankly DA:I is an amazing game and cant really be compared to DA2, im about 10 hours in and i fucking love it. Yeah it sucks m/kb dont exactly work properly, but that games itself is so good, controller works fine and is quite fun to play with imo.

If necessary I'll use controller too then, even though that'll be quite unusal for me as well since it's been a long while since I used controllers lol.

And for some reason I don´t think a RPG should ever be played with one. Well, maybe action-rpgs, which I normally don´t play (except Dark Soulks 2, which I also played with mouse/kb).

To be far to EA, I played X-com with a controller and it was totally fine. If you issuing commands during a pause screen, its easy to do without a mouse. As long as the game controls well, I don't care what I have to use.

Or are we talking about different games?

Ok, I will break it down. Xcom is a mouse and keyboard game, but also has excellent controller support to the point where I didn't care I was using a controller. As long as the support for control is good on DAI, I don't care what I use and if its more fun to play with a controller, awesome. Also, the Witcher 2, also awesome with a controller. Same with dark souls 2. I prefer my 3rd person games with a controller.

Broodwar's UI is actually 1,000 better than the hot mess that is DA:I since it was built for PC in mind while DA:I neglects PC on the backburner until the day before release.

edit: By the way there is a hilarious review by a user named "Dragon Knight" who gave it a 10/10 just as a joke. Just read his review...its so great

Its always funny seeing the professional reviewers give the game 90%+ almost universally, and then you see nearly half the people who played the game absolutely revile it. How is there such a disconnect? If the user reviews are any indication, the people who wrote the dialogue are actually illiterate, the story is generic, the keyboard + mouse controls are poor, the combat is about mashing buttons or clicking on things repeatedly...and your actions have no influence on the game world (i've confirmed the second last from viewing a gameplay video on twitch). I think I'll pass. If it was just a few disgruntled people I might ignore it, but I can't ignore such a large number of people as just being bias against EA. Thanks for helping me save my money! edit: By the way there is a hilarious review by a user named "Dragon Knight" who gave it a 10/10 just as a joke. Just read his review...its so great I'm trying to find reviews that aren't 10/10 or 0/10. It sounds like there are more technical issues than completely retarded stuff like the ME3 ending, and that I can live with if they fix it. I'd still like to wait for the price to come down, but my PS4 friend at work is gonna be telling me about it, and I might cave if I can get decent reviews for the PC version--or some more OT. But by decent reviews, I feel like I need not "the greatest/worst thing ever" user reviews, and ironically, the professional critic reviews on metacritic appear more reliable.

In case if there are expansions or sequels for this gift from god, which are highly probable considering how successful this game is, we really hope that first-person shooting mode, QTEs and the mechanism of climbing tower to reveal map can be implemented R-fucking-OFL Yes, need towers to open map areas please, best mechanic 2000+
