How did you overcome the frustration? Thanks for your response to my first question by the way. Yeah. I definately have when I was younger play games after a heated debate with some shit talking person or something and lost and been like "fuck this I am quitting" etc. It usually is very short lived but alas, it has happened. Overcoming that frustration is just a matter of being controlled and smart. If you are all worked up you will lose more games and the feeling will snowball. Take a breath, stop gaming for a bit and just watch a rep or two or go exercise. I overcome this feeling by napping/sleeping on it or just plain doing something else.

In other words, I'm trying to make up for being a fatass, but I think I'm pushing myself too hard. I'm pushing myself until my at least one part of my body feels wrecked. My father and brother pointed out this is actually more detrimental to my health than helpful. What can I do to get the most out of my exercise? Specifically, I'm trying really hard to catch up on basketball, since that's the sport I most enjoy. I work basically all day, so the only time I get to exercise is at night or if I wake up very early. Working out is a matter of building on things. Set goals. If right now you can only shoot hoops and run around for 15 minutes without getting exhausted thats fine. Do that for a few days then increase the intensity/duration. Each time you get comfortable move up with the intensity of the activity. If you feel wrecked you pushed too hard. That can either get an injury or you can even get your blood pressure too high and risk serious consequences. At the very least it renders you incapable of working out the next day or even the following day. Just take it easy and remember to stress your body once it becomes acclimated to the conditions you are putting it through. When working out its JUST as important to balance it with a healthy diet. Drink lots of water and avoid caffein/sugar on the days of your workout (moderation, not complete removal). Its awesome to hear that you are aware of work making it easier to live a sedementary life. You are above the curve by acting on it Just take it easy and move forward at a pace your body can handle.

Awesome college town with a mix of conservatives and liberals but both groups seem to be pretty content with themselves and not radical about it. Also the distance to portland/home and other areas of interests makes it nice. I am too far to just go home but close enough where it isnt a big deal. Really love this town... my favorite place to eat is probably "Panda Express" which is a lame answer.. but its on campus and I like the food. As for what is kinda unique and more associated to Corvallis.. "Bombs Away Cafe" has nice food.. that or the Pita Pit for drunken food.

Do you recommend any particular method of improvisation? I do have a basketball, so I can practice my dribbling. I seriously don't know the first thing to go about training myself; I'm just blindly doing random exercises like shooting when I get a chance at the court and running to increas my stamina. I'll do whatever I can to increase my abilities with the limited resources and time, so I assure you your advice will be put to use.

I dont know about the area you live in but anywhere I have been in Oregon/Washington its not too far before you find a public basketball court (outdoors). Shoot around there. If that is somehow unavailable do baskteball muscle group workouts. A good one is to just get a box that can support your weight and hold the basketball in front of you and flat foot jump up onto it.. step down and repeat for sets of around 30x3. Oh and have a bend in your knees.. should target abs(Core) and is obviously a good workout for the 3 muscle groups in the legs. Some guys (but they do this to train for like massive select teams or college basketball) go for a run dribbling the basketball... if you can do that you will be amazing. I certainly could never do that, even when I played. Do lunges too.. can do that anywhere and just make sure to step out far enough to get the stretch and also have your knee go about 1 inch off the ground. Those are very basic and great workouts that target muscles key for basketball. Try and organize weeky games with buddies.. or just play horse with bro/father. Anything helps..

Meaning if you ask me something retarded or try and take a jab at me you wont get a great response. Ask me something truthfully and I will answer it completely honestly and with the intent of sharing my thoughts! Fire away, I will update and check on this periodically. you said ask me "anything" im still waiting for answers

It's worth pointing out that if you're fairly overweight, running and jumping is not a good idea. Non-impact exercise is your safest option (elliptical/bicycle) and don't forget weights. You don't need to do hardcore lifting, but muscle toning and growth helps your metabolism.

When I lead 88 I was fairly well known as a good leader and decent gamer. Nothing special. I "came out" when I took 4th in TLT2. It was my first major appearance in something big and the first time I did very well. I literally took like 30th or 31st in the ladder (top 32 qualify) so me doing that well was a shock to everyone including me.

To me it was simply my favorite number, nothing more.

No fucking clue why. Human beings are so weird.
