Wow, I fucking hate this piece of shit software. Not only is it not enough that Crysis 3 crashed every single time I tried to run it, but when I finally did get it to run it would just crash in the middle of a level sometimes or just run like pure shit during sequences where there were lots of grass.
Now, I can't even run it. Somehow, my computer seems to have "lost" the .exe for Crysis 3 (not exactly sure how that happened), and if I try to redeem the product code again, it says that it's already been used.
Fuck you Origin, I'm not dealing with shitty EA support. This is actually the biggest waste of my time ever and I can't believe that EA really would be able to manage to create something worse than the Mass Effect 3 ending. It's really an accomplishment to be completely honest.
So presumably Origin is the thing crashing when you try and play Crysis 3, and not Crysis 3 itself? And presumably you haven't tried reinstalling the game through Origin? I mean... why would you try and redeem the product code again? That doesn't even make sense...
Your rants seem to be aimed at Origin when a game is crashing and when you don't seem to do things that make sense. If the .exe of a game is "lost", I wouldn't try and redeem a product code to fix that issue...

I don't think you understand. You can't install a game made by EA without using Origin. You can't reinstall a game that the product code was already used for. It says that I still have Crysis 3 on my computer, however it doesn't appear in my Origin library and I can't find it (it says that Windows needs to "browse" for the file and I can't run it as an administrator or anything).
So no, it's not that I'm an idiot and I have no idea what I'm doing. It's that you can't reinstall the game unless you have a unique key and it doesn't appear in my Origin library. I can't even run the game off the disc or reinstall it on another computer, despite owning the game. It's incredibly frustrating that EA set it up like this.
Edit: Also, it's specifically Crysis 3 crashing when I played it. It's not only me that had this issue. There are actually hundreds of online complaints from people that had that issue.
The issue seemed to get resolved randomly for some people and not for others. Luckily it resolved itself for me, but I lost my game files in exchange.
Edit 2: Apparently, Origin doesn't even have a record of me ever owning Crysis 3. Well... guess I'm shit out of luck since even if I submit a ticket to EA (which would be a huge waste of my time), it has no record of me ever owning Crysis 3 on my account. If I really want to I can spend another $20 for no guarantee that the game will work, but I already own it and it's stupid as hell that it didn't work the first time.
