"You always have what it takes. If you dig deep." Neila Rey
This was today's objective:
This weekend I was staying with my mother, who lives on site at a dogs and cats home right in the middle of the countryside. A great place to run and do exercise. I had lots of work to do so I broke up the exercises throughout the day.
It turns out there has been a reason why I have been struggling with some of the exercises, Neila recommends that people who are fresh starting out should start on Level 1 not level 2. As a result from now on I will stick with the level one routines unless I feel I can push for the level 2.
I decided to push for the level 2 squat sets, I completed them all with ease. Despite having to do more I found it easier than ever before and my legs hurt less afterwards. #progress
Despite only needing to do a total of 20 push-ups I found the exercise the hardest of the day. My arms just can't seem to support my body weight.
Then finally came the run, after the disaster on day 1 I was eager to complete the full run. I managed it! The way the Neila designed it really helped. The way it built me up allowed me to complete the four minute run without any problems. The only time I stopped running was when I stumbled across a wild fox. The fox was so fast and vanished in seconds. I had never seen one in its national environment before, it was truly a amazing experience. So despite being knackered the run was really rewarding .
Upon review of the various exercises I have done over the past four days, my breathing and arm strength appears to be holding me back the most. I have had breathing problems in the past so I may go and see my GP to see if I need to go back on some medication. As for my arms I think I shall invest in some weights, and do some unscheduled lifting now and then, even doing a couple in between ladder queues should help me build up some extra muscle which I am sure to need later on.
There was no stream or starcraft two however I did play some hearthstone privately. I played about 10 games in the space of the hour. I was yet again playing my anti-meta mage deck, I haven't played much this season so I was fairly low ranked. I breezed through the games ending the hour 8-2, with both losses to opponents who had ridiculous opening hands. I am currently rank 10 and should be back to rank 5 in a day or two, then the legend grind can begin!

Thanks for reading and supporting me, ill be back to playing Starcraft 2 tomorrow and I'm actually looking forward to playing ladder something I haven't said in a long time. There will be no stream due to the recurring internet problems I will update you guys as soon as the upgrade goes through. Maybe I will celebrate with a 24 hr stream!
P.S I need to come up with a appropriate stream title and description for the stream which accurately advertises what I am trying to achieve. I am also still experimenting with the blog format. If anyone has any ideas please send me a message.
