Just started on ICCup

So I've got a little tournament that my school is hosting coming up in about 20 days or so that I'd like to win. Nothing fancy, no big prizes (just a tshirt), probably around 10-15 participants. I'd like to have a shot at beating the two finalists from the last one so I've decided to finally do some real training. By "real" I mean against humans for once. -_- It's been a very long time since I've ventured out onto the online battlefield as I've felt more comfortable playing friends after my long (8-9 year) hiatus. I'm not looking to become Oov or something overnight and I'm not going to train like 3+ hours a day as college and the girlfriend simply won't permit that lol. That much might be overkill anyway, the 2 guys that I'm scoping out as my main competition play around 130 or so APM and I think I've got a decent shot against them now. One is Z, the other is P. I think my TvZ is decent but my TvP is just awful. I've played them before and they seem to be about as good if not worse than any of the D/D+ players posting reps in the strat forum asking for help.

Now the interesting part... I wonder how many players on ICCup will be willing to play me on Lost Temple? The tourney is held on the player's choice of LT or Hunters *shudder* so naturally I'll try to play mostly on that. I suppose Python is kinda close though. We'll see, and I'll post back with updates as soon as I find some time to get my first few games in on ICCup. I'm going to get raped. ><

Aside from that, my ICC name is Sc0rpion and my USEAST name is Mango

I'm mostly on my USEAST name, so if you find me, we can PvT till you get sick and tired of it.

Holy crap that was fast and unexpected. O_O Thanks guys, I'll try to contact you as soon as I find the time. Any of you going to be free tomorrow afternoon or perhaps this upcoming Sunday? Seriously though, thanks. Really appreciate it. Now I can get raped but actually perhaps have an explanation as to why I got raped. XD
