EPTOn the way to the airfield, I was shown a chart of all the current candidates, among whom there would be one person chosen to fly the helicopter as a job. Among the candidates were
HiyA, 
Shuttle, Light, and 
Terror (there were also others who I can't remember). HiyA had done really well in all but two sections, one of which absolutely destroyed him and the other he did decent at. I could tell how well the people flew by these little horizontal bars under each section of the 4-part course. A longer green bar meant greater proficiency. Apparently it was going to take a lot to win, so I tried to figure out where we could be flying for the course to give myself any advantage. I ended up finding the general area on google maps and did a decent job of selecting the actual areas.Unfortunately, I woke up before I could actually fly the helicopter, but this made me think a little bit. Why were these BW veterans flying helicopters? It was a black helicopter like a police or military one, so then I thought, does that mean those players have to go into the military soon? And then I was sad.
Of course, it could just be that I've been watching Neon Genesis Evangelion for the first time recently (no spoilers please!) combined with a lot of bw streams.
What do you think? Could these players be close to going to the military?
