I feel you, it took me a while to get used to eating that many calories in a day, and I still have to force myself to do it. I really can't eat more than 800-1000 calories in a single sitting so I have to schedule my eating very specifically to get all the calories I need.

We average something ridiculous like 200 inches of snow per year here, and even for us this week was bad. Lol here on Long Island we have a whopping zero inches of snow. All of our snow melted with this massive torrential downpour. Edit: I also found out that I have a 1RM of BW + 50 lbs on pull ups.

This is what he gave me: Day1 + Show Spoiler + incline bench press 3x12-6 dips 3x10 butterfly 2x15-12 kickbacks 2x8 triceps rope 3x10-6 bicepscurls dumbbell 2x10 bicepscurls ez curl bar 3x10-6 Day2 + Show Spoiler + seated cable rows 3x12-6 pull ups 2x15 upright rowing 3x10 military press 3x12-6 mtsv squad machine 3x15-8 legpress 3x12-6 Dont know if I got all the translations for the exercises right, tried my best. So what do guys think about this work out plan? For me it feels like iam starting all over again

The other stuff should be more supplementary than a major part of the workout. You're doing really high rep ranges and a lot of isolation exercises that you shouldn't necessarily be making the focus of your workout. You do squats/leg press last, but squats should probably be the focus of your workout. Also, I'd probably substitute the incline benching for just flat benching. It's not really necessary for a beginner/novice to do incline benching. I don't know if you're comfortable using a barbell, but that's by far the best way to gain mass and strength if you're just starting training.

OHP: 50kgx5x5 Shoulder feels ok. I Think I've pushed my back too much on deadlift/shrugs and feel my lower back extremely tight during squats (sometimes it even gets numb) Was wondering if anyone wants to swap supple leopard for some other book? Got tons on lifting/powerlifting/bb/nutrition (if this part of the post is not ok plz remove and sorry in advanced, send me a PM if interested )

edit: Today's session: 90 kg squat again: set 5, 4, 5, 4, 5 -_-; 70 kg bench press: 5x5 55 kg barbell row: 5x5 (feels like I'm not doing it properly though) Could have got 5x5 for the squats probably. But got a little panicky/shaky. Still feels damn good to do that high bar as everyone else seems to agree. A couple months ago someone posted that high bar squats fixed their posture, and I can feel myself sitting up straighter... standing taller too. It's a nice feeling.

People seem to think you touch a barbell and turn into some bodybuilding monster, when it takes months or even years of hard training and discipline and nutrition to get that far. Doesnt just "happen" ㅠㅠ -_- edit: Today's session: 90 kg squat again: set 5, 4, 5, 4, 5 -_-; 70 kg bench press: 5x5 55 kg barbell row: 5x5 (feels like I'm not doing it properly though) Could have got 5x5 for the squats probably. I've been trying to get "too big" for the last 2,5 years with every bit of my body and great dedication, I'm still ottermode. It's hard as fuck to get huge. At least I don't get "oh you lift 5x a week you don't like that way hihi" from girls, they mirin' now.

My professor commented today how a fair amount of elite level coaches have no idea why their strength and conditioning programs are the way they are or why they work. That's fucking mind blowing to me.

It really is, thanks to the internet there are probably thousands of people who could freaking explain progressive overload, coaches don't know that? o.O Or did he mean something else?

It sounds like one of those things people say like "everyone else is doing it wrong, this is the right way to do it" or similar to establish some sort of authority.
