That sounds like an entry to the worst exercises seen in the gym competition right up there with the squat while balancing on the exercise ball.

When I had the flu I was starving all the time. I had a 106 fever though, so it probably took quite a bit of food just to maintain even sub-optimal levels of energy

I've been trying to get "too big" for the last 2,5 years with every bit of my body and great dedication, I'm still ottermode. It's hard as fuck to get huge. At least I don't get "oh you lift 5x a week you don't like that way hihi" from girls, they mirin' now.


Lol if you want girls to mire as your sole goal you should really be doing crossfit with a small amount of muscle exercise. Majority of girls rate Brad Pitt in fight club above bodybuilding physiques even natty bodybuilding. The ideal look for them is moderately defined stomach with non-stick thin arms. My gf never cares about my arms she always wants me to get rid of my paunch haha :/

Meh I'd say I get a lot more attention at 225 lbs and 14-15% bf then I did at 200 and 10-12%. Especially in every day settings when you're muscles are hiding behind clothes. Being big(not fat big) is more noticeable than being ripped. That being said i really should cut down my bf% a bit ^_^

The whole "girls don't know what they want until they see it" definitely applies here. Relatively few are aware that there's a huge middle ground in between Fight Club Pitt and Pain & Gain The Rock

While we're sort of on the topic, what is your guys' physique goal? We normally only talk about the strength side of things here so I would be interested in hearing your opinions on the other side.

I wouldn't mind being decaf-sized, I wouldn't mind being decaf-goal-sized (if I had to pick, that's it), and I wouldn't mind being "the rock in pain and gain" sized. I would mind staying where am I. As long as I'm making progress I don't really know where I want to end up right now.

Yeah that's probably roughly the physique goals for non-physique competing individuals (though maybe a little smaller for me idk. I don't want to have to have all my clothes custom made). For my height (5'9 or 175cm) that would probably be around 185-190 lbs or 88-90kg at 8-10% bf. I can't imagine gaining another 30 lbs from where I am now, especially while losing a few bodyfat%. That'll probably take me a few years though.
