OHP: 40kgx10x3, 6x2 PBN: 20kgx15 (I'm so bad at this is laughable) Shoulder seems almost healed. I'm prolly the only person that feels the work on squats in his lower back (wearing a belt) but feels deadlifts on his quads (without wearing belt). Edit: I'm quitting chocolate, only reason I'm not ripped

Morning squats up to 225kg were super easy. Snatches up to 130kg were PERFECT (almost forgot what it feels like to hit a heavy snatch flawlessly). Then a miss and a slight pressout at 135kg. Clean and jerks at 100 120 140 150 160 no problem. These will probably be my openers for the local meet this saturday. Have no idea why i'm feeling so fresh, I destroyed my body with 16 hours of snowboarding + drinking this weekend. On the bright side since my roommate is a chiro he popped back into place everything i fucked up boarding ^_^

So far I have been doing a lot of single leg exercises (leg press, extension, etc) and basically did what I know: 3 sets of 5 with increasing weight. However progress is incredibly slow, and it almost feels like my healthy leg is getting further ahead. My PT suggested to end all sessions with an exercise to exhaustion. So I should do (for example) single leg presses at a weight that completely exhausts me within 30 seconds. If I can do more reps after 30 seconds, increase. Opinions on this suggestion?

My left leg is still visibly smaller and weaker by a lot, which stops me from doing serious squats and deadlifts. I have not tried, but rowing (on a rowing machine, if u have one) with only one supporting leg would be pretty good way to pump the weak leg. Just make sure not to overstress too much it in the long run and injury it.
