Why don't PROs organize their own tournaments?

The thread about Shuttle losing $10-12k worth of baluns (in one day??) got me thinking.

Why doesn't any progamer organize their own tournament similar to ASL?
The same Shuttle could organize some tournament like. Shuttle Star League.
Maybe not one, but two. Jaedong and Shuttle organize JSSL for example.

CasterMuse organized a $1000 CasterMuse Narak StarLeague tournament, for example.
StarCastTV has organized a StarCastTV International League tournament with a $2000 prize pool. (And he has PROs like Snow, Best, Rush, Royal, Shine, etc. playing).

Yes, sure, it's hard to organize an ASL with a $50k fund, but they could be smaller. Maybe not for professional organizers, but for someone else. Or just give half or 1/3 of the fund to ASL. (although as I wrote above - progamers take part in the tournament with a fund of 2000$).

I think progamers can do it. Thus promoting their own brand.

Because they don't need to.

The current Proleague system allowing them to win ~ $1k per day from just playing a few games while observing the rest. (and sometimes you don't even need to win any because there's someone who will hard carry your team).

Besides, two offline tournaments per year is the right amount (or maybe 3) to keep its prestige.

The answer is daily proleague. Pro gamers put their balloons on the line, form teams and whoever wins, takes all.
SC2 is to BW, what coke is to wine.

You've saddened me with your answers))
We'll never see another offline league.
