Is he one of those? Funka did a great job imo.

Blizzard really pulling out all the stops with BlizzCon. Redeye, Chobra, Funka and Adebisi? Hell yes! It'll be nice to see more of iNcontroL, I was impressed with him during the EU finals. I'd have rather seen Grubby over ToD for analysis to be honest but ToD has more experience in that field so that probably factored into it.

EL CHOBACABRA
This is a pretty sick line-up although I question DjWheat and the lack of Legend
|
djwheat as analyst? One of the korean observers would have been nice to have at the event but maybe its hard with language barriers. Great to see Tod making an appearance.
|
While I do assume that the observers will be trading off with each other, does this mean we can possibly get some fancy picture-in-picture action?

Yeah I love djWheat and I still see him stream SC2 but Kaleris is a hard working WCS man. Maybe it's just a lot cheaper to bring in djWheat since it's not a Europe flight.
As for Legend, he seems pretty committed to always just stay in Korea, I wonder if behind the scenes he's ever been approached to observe a tournament and simply refuses.

Don't forget 2 streams 3 observers for rotations I guess, It's pairs of 3 for everything it seems. They might just pair an analasist, 2 caster and 1 observer and rotate them as a unit to keep things more simple.

I would have love to see iNcontroL as host, anything about the casters yet?

thrilled to see Chobra is doing the translations

That analyst desk looks very promising! And Chobra is of course without a doubt the very best of the best.
I think Wheat will be quite appropiate to have at the analyst desk. I suppose he will have more of the host role on the desk and lead the conversation, which I can see functioning very well.

Presumably, Wheat will be anchoring the analysis desk while iNcontroL and ToD provide the actual analysis. I'd really have liked to see Idra and/or qxc here too.

To be honest The caster pairs aren't they, Tastosis, Bitterdam, Apollo+Day[9] so he'll be paired up with the 2 Seans to add meat to his comments and he synergises well with Day[9], so it's all good.

Tod and chobra nice, cant wait for blizzcon.

Apollo and Day are one pair, Bitterdam is another and the casting Archon is the last. ToD, Geoff and Wheat are a separate thing, doing analysis between games and talking us through them to give the casters a break. It's definitely something Wheat is better suited to than Kaelaris right now.

DjWheat as analyst? Hmm he's more a commentator/play by play kinda guy. Never heard a good analysis from him that wasn't already called by his fellow commentator :/ I can dig his casting, just not so much an analyst.
Otherwise siked!
