Also I'd like to point out that someone that does MULTIPLE shows every week with a heavy Starcraft focus is likely significantly better informed than any random forum poster would be. In addition to that, Wheat is the most experienced guy in the business and is an ideal anchor for a desk like that as a result. Nobody in this scene can hold a candle to him in that regard, he's done TV, he's done more events than the SC2 casters combined, he knows what he's doing.

Again as I mentioned earlier in the thread, this community criminally undervalues actual professional skills over this mythical ideal of "game knowledge" while the people who organise events value people who know what they're doing over whether or not they can predict a build 10 minutes before it happens.

This is the same person who was streaming their starstriker (or w/e) tournament during the WCS S2 Finals and didn't make one peep about it. Maybe I'm just being negative, but fuck people like that.
