That's pretty cool opportunity for everyone in Sydney area. You all should go!

Woah I wish, but Australia is a bit far from where I live! Still, I will definitely wake up and watch this cool event. I have added it to the upcoming games list, I hope to see some awesome Mvp coverage there!
I have added 5 more articles (page 4)... almost done with this project.

Update: I have added 2 more articles, which means that...
Project Complete! Check out that huuuuuge list of TL articles compiled for your enjoyment. From now on, all Mvp-related TL articles will be added to that section as a part of my goal to make this fan club as comprehensive as possible.
Well now that I finished that project, the burning question is: what's next? For a while now, it's been pretty clear that the Images/Videos section of the Fan Club isn't very organized, and I aim to tackle that next. I have a list of images and videos to add to that list, and afterwards, I may end up digging through IM's Facebook for more Mvp photos.

Entirety #1, man. If you ever find yourself satisfied with all you've done with this fan club, we will be able to officially declare it the best, most comprehensive, most everything fan club on TL!

you're ridiculous entirety... lol

I think Entirety needs a fanclub...this fanclub just blows away all the others.

I haven't signed up for this yet?

Please don't say stuff like that - after all, how can I possibly compete with fan clubs like these? I still have a long ways to go.
I have signed up ImperialX, for a total of 407 members. Keep signing up, people!
I have cleaned up the Photos/Videos section somewhat. Starting tomorrow, I'll be digging around in my folders for Mvp-related media, so you can expect some new content soon.

Mvp's WCS EU Ro32 group has been announced! It will be played one week from today, Thursday, September 5, 2013. The players in his group are Noname, ShoWTimE, and VortiX!
Opening Match Mvp vs. ShoWTimE
Mvp's TvP: 68% ShoWTimE's PvT: 58% Head to Head Record: 0-0
(1796) Mvp 0-0 ShoWTimE (1331) --------------------------------------------- 48.10% 2-0 0-2 9.39% 29.48% 2-1 1-2 13.03% --------------------------------------------- 77.58% 22.42%
Median outcome: Mvp 2-1 ShoWTimE Estimated by Aligulac. Modify.
Wow, even diehard Mvp fans have to feel slightly worried here. Mvp lost to both Grubby and HasuObs, looking very shaky against Protoss. On the other hand, ShoWTimE has a pretty decent PvT win-ratio, sporting a 7-1 record in his last 8 series (including a victory over LucifroN). Then, add in the Korea-Europe wall of lag, and you might wonder if an upset might occur here. Certainly, Mvp has to prepare well, for ShoWTimE is merely one of the many great Protoss players in WCS EU Season 3. This match will be a suitable litmus test - if Mvp loses to ShoWTimE, then his chances at the S3 championship start looking to be quite slim indeed.
Other Matches
Mvp's TvT: 59% Noname's TvT: 65% Head to Head Record: 0-0
(1837) Mvp 0-0 Noname (1137) ----------------------------------------- 59.78% 2-0 0-2 5.14% 27.12% 2-1 1-2 7.95% ----------------------------------------- 86.90% 13.10%
Median outcome: Mvp 2-0 Noname Estimated by Aligulac. Modify.
Looking at Noname's TvT record, you would expect him to be a beast in that match-up. Upon closer inspection, he has not faced many notable players and none of his opponents were on the level of Mvp, leading Aligulac to heavily favor Mvp. There is a big unknown factor: Mvp has not played a TvT since his 2-3 loss to INnoVation! In other words, we have no idea of his current TvT skill, and Mvp may not have practiced that match-up. Despite this, Mvp's TvT has always remained respectable, even while his other match-ups may falter. Simply relying on his fundamental mechanics should be enough to pull him through this match without significant difficulties.
Mvp's TvZ: 66% VortiX's ZvT: 59% Head to Head Record: 3-1 (75%)
(1869) Mvp 0-0 VortiX (1684) ----------------------------------------- 33.82% 2-0 0-2 17.51% 28.30% 2-1 1-2 20.37% ----------------------------------------- 62.12% 37.88%
Median outcome: Mvp 2-1 VortiX Estimated by Aligulac. Modify.
VortiX is not to be underestimated by any means. If Mvp is not careful, VortiX easily has the skill to knock him out of the group. The advantage that Mvp has is the match-up. Mvp's TvT is unknown, his TvP is shaky, but Mvp's TvZ has actually looked pretty good recently, especially against foreign Zergs. Most recently, Mvp mixed in Banshee harass, some Hellbat/Marauder timings, and Widow Mine pushes and crushed through DIMAGA without too much trouble. If a weakened Mvp shows up, then VortiX can run over Mvp... but if the Mvp we expect shows up, VortiX will simply be another foreign Zerg out of many who will fall to the Terran King.
Overall Outlook
Top 2 1st 2nd 3rd 4th --------------------------------------------------------------- Mvp 85.99% 51.42% 34.58% 10.14% 3.87% VortiX 75.91% 36.69% 39.22% 17.27% 6.82% ShoWTimE 28.09% 8.91% 19.19% 41.30% 30.61% Noname 10.00% 2.99% 7.02% 31.29% 58.71% Estimated by Aligulac. Modify.
This is Mvp's chance to become the first player to win two seasons in one year. The disadvantages: he has to prepare for every race, and the almighty wall of lag. The advantages: he managed to grab a relatively easy group, and he possesses the Mvp factor.
Even with his disappointing exit from Season 2, Mvp still managed to overcome the Ro32 and make it to the Ro16. In this group, Mvp is a solid favorite, but it's actually likely that Mvp won't emerge unscathed. Perhaps a surprise upset against ShoWTimE (showcasing his TvP woes) or a disappointing loss to VortiX may give Mvp fans miniature heart attacks, but Mvp should pull through in the end.
Predictions Mvp 1-2 ShoWTimE (**the upset!**) Noname 0-2 VortiX ShoWTimE 1-2 VortiX Mvp 2-0 Noname ShoWTimE 0-2 Mvp
VortiX and Mvp advance!

I think he's a lock for Blizzcon even if he falls out in the ro32 and plays in nothing else, more points wouldn't hurt though!
If he plays at Blizzcon I'd call this a successful year for him even though he didn't accomplish nearly as much as he did in previous years, well there's also a lot less opportunities these days. Mvp hasn't really played in anything outside WCS since WCS started.

Mvp hasn't really played in anything outside WCS since WCS started. Alright fellow Mvp fans, I'll give you an exclusive first look at a program I've been working on. I call it the Blizzcon Predictor. It tries to predict who will qualify for blizzcon. Right now it's assuming all matches are 50/50 probability, but I will soon make it call upon the powers of Aligulac. Here is what it says about Mvp's chances right now, remember this is assuming everyone in premier league has the exact same skill level.
Mvp 99.996% 199992/200000, started with 3500 WCS points
So in 200,000 random simulations, Mvp was unable to qualify in only 8 of them. Normally my program outputs nicely collated and grouped events that are attributed to the success or failure(placings of the player in question or even other players), but on this one the series of events required were too complicated for my program to put together, so I had to dig a little deeper.
For all 8 instances, Mvp needs to lose in the first round of course. Here are some sample events -
1. Sleep gets 2nd in WCS KR and 1st in WCS S3 Finals, SongDuri gets 1st in WCS KR and 2nd in WCS Finals, Rain gets 4th in S3 Finals, duckdeok gets 4th in both EU and S3 Finals, Revival gets 4th in WCS AM, Hero gets 1st in WCS AM, Ttian gets 1st in EU, MMA gets 2nd in EU, Supernova gets 4th in KR and 8th in S3 Finals,....
Alright I'm too lazy too go through the rest, but that's all 1 instance where Mvp does not qualify. It looks like a perfect storm of players not currently in the top 16 taking huge leaps towards the top 5 or so of points and the top 9-16 points (the ones in top 16 and below Mvp) gaining just enough points to surpass Mvp but leaving enough points left over for the new guys to jump ahead too.
edit: actually there was 1 case where Mvp made the round of 16 and still didn't qualify. Wow, impressive program Die4Ever! Additionally, what the balls. But thanks for making me feel more secure about Mvp getting to display his power at Blizzcon. People will be jumping on this program with pogo sticks when it's finished!

Haha thanks 2 things are standing in my way of releasing a full list. I'm waiting on the WCS AM brackets (I guessed and made up my own for this lol), and GSL ro16 is by selection (for this test it was just normal advancement rules with a 1st place facing a 2nd from another group). By the time both those things are done I should be ready to post a full list each day with the updated results, and the image of the probabilities and the important matches for standings will become much clearer as the possibilities shrink.
