I haven't been on the site for too long, nor have I posted as much as some incredibly prolific people on this site, but whenever I contributed, I would feel a sense of belongingness to a site that has largely remained the focus of my Internet time. I've talked to some people I would consider acquaintances at the minimum, either united by our fanboyism or sense of humor, or simply just individuals I can say have made me smile or contemplate. Its people like you who make TL what it is, a fantastic site that is devoted to enjoying the beautiful game or stopping and smelling the roses.
Just a short little shout-out list,
The Aligulac guys: It feels great being part of such an expanding and influential database that is only going to be bigger as time progresses. I truly felt I contributed to the StarCraft scene with every game I submit (well, not really), and helped build up a soon-to-be library cataloging every game possible. Keep up the work guys, we will get all the games someday.
stuchiu: Whether in LR threads or the ToG ones, your humor often brightens up the day.
Fionn: Showed me how much Polt fanboyism could progress, and your sharp writing is always worth a read.
Seeker: We rarely get involved, but I learned a good deal from you on how to translate and format.
HyuN fanclub: Thanks for contributing to the club, even though I wish you guys could post a bit more at times, its a one man show lately :p
And if I forgot you, its either because I don't remember well or you just haven't caught my attention as much. Sorry if you take offense, maybe we can talk more.
This may seem like some cheesy retirement/permanent ban post, so rest your fears, it isn't. I'll be around posting always to the end until TL closes or I get perma-banned. Its been a wonderful show here, and I hope it runs until nuclear doomsday or climate change evaporates us all.
