I agree about PartinG, he's the only one with the ace-mentality on SC2. Fantasy and Bisu aren't up the level yet (and will they ever be?)
Parting is not as impressive as Rain in PvT though. It's hard to justify that when you know it's innovation.

This is what I was saying earlier in the thread, totally agreed. Ever since he came out clutch in the group of death, I kind of lean towards him as being able to come up big when it counts. Horribly inconsistent otherwise, but that's besides the point. Has parting ever shown a lack of skill due to pressure/nerves? I can't think of any time when he has. Even when he was shit talking mvp I don't think he lost because of pressure.

He went to do military service, will finish soon.

Seriously..? I'm a KHAN fan and we're not even in the playoffs. One of our living legends is 1-11 in HOTS and our best Protoss currently had some BRUTAL loss streaks too.
Don't give up hope...

this, absolutely agree
parting may have lost some regular PL games, but when it comes down to an ace match parting plays like he's a boss, not like some chicken style "i've to 2 base all in because i lose a macro game vs innovation"
i mean, he even was ultralucky with that scan and scv scout and still did not make it happen

SlayerS mainly for me, and his disconnection from the failure of being a pro-player.

I wouldn't say that he was a failure, I'm pretty sure that he got further than most players close to retirement when he switched. NaDa, YellOw, Reach, Anytime, to name a few players who were basically inactive all did pretty poorly.
Honestly I'd think that Boxer would know what it's like to be a progamer more than any of the other coaches.

Boxer isn't January who sends out random lower A-team players in important ace matches. Rain was probably one of the best SPL players and choked at a really inopportune time. He choked at 3 inopportune times this playoffs and 3 times last season!
For those who want to defend Rain, he hasn't won a playoff game in SC2 yet.

Well I said "SPL," not "playoff." Obviously playoff games are more important, but it's like saying that Action and HoeJJa are KT's staple players. Sure that's true in playoffs but for the other 6 rounds, their badassery doesn't show.

People who said that the fault is NOT Boxer clearly didn't read the recent interview of boxer. He is almost unqualified to be a coach.

Common sense: the bold makes it clear. Me at 2:30 in the morning: "THEM BE FIGHTING WORDS."
Sorry! :D

i dont blame him for having no connection to the players, actually i think its the other way round
but i do blame him for sending the wrong player into an ace match
you don't send your striker that has missed the last 3 penalties for your last chance to tie things up
you send a cold blooded selfconfident killer with an ego to do the job

I don't know if SKT can find another person to step up and be head coach. Truth be told, BoxeR's at least this icon of the glory days which should motivate the players if nothing more.
