Kal played for AFA, so I guess he's still doing military service? Stork... yeah. BeSt beat Innovation the other day quite convincingly, so there's that. Maybe he'll get back into true form. Free is very mediocre right now with a 54.55% winrate in HotS.
Best's win over Innovation was just down to him choosing the single build order that countered Innovation's build. Even then, if Innovation had SCV scouted he would have been fine.
BeSt's play after the lead was quite impressive as well though, and made me think he might have clinched it even without the BO advantage.
Also didn't he win his game tonight, too?
BeSt both wins were because his cheeses worked. Until I see solid overall play from him I'm not convinced.
To be fair, cheesing as a protoss is basically standard play at this stage of the game.
yea there's really no reason to play standard as protoss. do it against terran and you get timing stomped before collosus/HT are out or do it vs zerg and they just out expand you and outmuscle you. Protoss is based around spells and cheesing lol

Free does relatively well in SPL, he's the second best dragon in SC2 so far.
Next year will be the rise of the new dragons Bisu (again) Jangbi (again) Rain sOs Stork (that's right no more 1-11) and BeSt (again)

Aren't Dragons KeSPA protosses? Besides, MC winning games in the 2013-2014 season of SC2 wouldn't be a big deal... we're kinda used to him winning games.

What does this say about the stage of the game?
That everything is fine except Protoss. Lots of people (me included) have been complaining about it for a while, doesn't look like they plan on fixing it, especially because it would imply a complete redesign as well as actually admitting that they were wrong.
