GOM.tv just posted the brackets for the WCS Korea Challenger League
Dear GOMTV.net users,
We are ready to announce the brackets for the first WCS KR Season 1 GSL Challenger League!
This gauntlet of survival will show the world which players have the strength to stay in the WCS and which players are fit for the qualifiers. Code S may be where the glory lies, but only through the Challenger League will you ever have a chance of reaching that glory!
The Challenger League will be broadcasted every Wednesday and will feature an afternoon cast as well as an evening cast. This format will be much like the dual stream of the old Code A format except now there will be no viewing limitations based on which ticket you have purchased! The afternoon broadcast will begin at 1:10 PM (KST) and the evening broadcast will begin at 6:10 PM (KST). The matches will be broadcasted in both English and Korean.
Brackets: + Show Spoiler +
Also, they posted the schedule for premier league & challenger league and GSTL
Broadcast notes:
Round 1 and Round 2 will have 8 choice matches broadcasted; however, Round 3 will have all of its matches broadcasted.
The matches that are not played on the broadcast will all be played offline at our studio with a referee present at the venue.
This means that of the: - Round 1 matches, 8/24 will be shown, so 33% - Round 2 matches, 8/16 will be shown, so 50% - Round 3 matches, 12/12 will be shown, so 100%
---
Personal Note: interesting how they refer to it as Code S or Starleague instead of Premier League

mkp san best match id say

There are basically no matches I'm looking forward to =(

Looks like a pretty good bracket,
in regards to your personal note. GSL stands for Global Star(craft2) League. In my mind and many others it will still be GSL Code S/A whether or not Blizzard want it to be called Premier/Challenger.

What happened to the absolutely unknown 'Swim' who qualified?
Liquipedia brackets don't appear to be showing him either.

Aw, why aren't they broadcasting all the games?

I'm gonna go ahead and guess he's Samsung_Shark in the brackets, matched against First in the first round

Billowy is Lure IIRC

I dont have all the required information to make a complete statement on the issue ,but I cant be the only one who's thinking this WCS made more harm than good , in comparison to the last year WCS. Not seeing the big names around GSL, like MVP,Nestea, etc is sad.

MKP. That's all I say. Nah that's not. Please do well :D
Looking like MarineKing can qualify, but it'll be hard

I think it must be Samsung_Shark because on Liquipedia Swim has some alternate name that includes Shark at least.

On the GOM brackets there is someone under the ID Samsung Shark and is a Protoss. Maybe Khan managed to pick him up and he switched IDs

Did he end up taking someones spot who dropped out in the end? Because it says he is placed in a spot where a code S dropout would take

I was about to type this, Swim is not Shark as 'Shark' is a drop-down from Code S according to the brackets whereas 'Swim' qualified via the preliminaries.

MarineKing vs San
MarineKing. MKP. Vs San.
WHAT THE FUCK. FUCKING BRACKET LUCK. THIS IS UNFAIR AS FUCK THEY BOTH DESERVE CODE A MORE THAN LIKE 80% OF THE PEOPLE IN THE BRACKET T_T
