Is he allowed to do that? Dragon was DQed because he tried to qualify for both korea and EU

MC is qualifying for wcs eu code a season 1. You aren't allowed to try for season 1 of code s if you tried another region first. Hence, why dragon, hyun, mc, taeja can't play in any qualifiers that can get you into season 1 code s of another region.
They can all try to get into season 1 code a of another region, and this will give you a shot to qualify for season 2 code s for that region.

Probably only the afternoon games, as Wednesday night is reserved for League of Legends.

yeah that's really bad
Where does it say that all the matches aren't going to be shown? Sometimes all the matches are not broadcast in Korean for Code A (the afternoon sessions are mostly left out), but they always do all the matches in English.

Not everything broadcasted ? :/ That's annoying. I hope they will choose their matches wisely, because even if many Ro48 matches are slighly ranodm, most of Ro32 matches are pretty legit -_-
Round 1 and Round 2 will have 8 choice matches broadcasted; however, Round 3 will have all of its matches broadcasted.
The matches that are not played on the broadcast will all be played offline at our studio with a referee present at the venue.
NOOOOOOOOO WHY?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I watched all Code A matches and I like Code A matches so much I am so nervious during Ro48 even more then I watch Code S. GOMTV why you make no broadcast........
