Thats fine coz he was mech-ing and most of those supply is from the scv's he pulled from his nat when reality tried a runby. What lost flash the game was when he tried to split the map when he was outside reality's fourth. He tried to bring 3-4 tanks to the upperside so he can box reality to his side of the map but unfortunately reality had a small bio army going there and flash 3-4 tanks were killed for nothing, spreading him too thin.

also the procedure they used was to turn off the player's monitors until the game was fully ready so they dont peak at supply, etc.

Just wondering, how exactly would LAN save you from crashing computer? btw, most of the disconnects that happened to SC2 were not afflicted by LAN at all. Problem with not having LAN is lagging in games, not disconnects...

Having LAN would be great but I am not sure if this situation is really BNET or hardware prblem. If it's the latter then LAN won't help.

Well that's interesting, the only BW game interruption that I can recall was the power surge that crashed Jaedong vs. Flash, but I can think of half a dozen disconnects in pro SC2.

That is really the only reason I can think of that they would keep "looking at mech" without actually attempting to make the Siege Tank stronger (and actually making it worse with other additions, like the Viper). Mech would be much more viable with a goliath/warhound type of unit. feel lie thats whats its missing. Thor doesnt cut it...actually the thor is a joke.

You interrupt the guy attacking mid-push, you obviously break whatever momentum he had. A pause for the guy defending is actually advantageous because whatever disorienting panic he had while defending goes away and he regains composure.

They changed the whole computer. Clearly a HW problem. Also, if it would be internet problem, you would have noticed lagging in game AND there would not be immediate disconnect, it would go into countdown screen, worked for few secs, countdown again etc etc... People always screaming "LAN" but none of them actually think about that...
