So I do think its smart, to train everyone on the team to be capable to think for themselves in-game situations; Korok obviously has a unique mindset with his "on-the-edge" playstyle that if you did indeed make more calls in game, would ruin that flare he brings. No team should be mindless drones with one leader, they should be 5 capable individuals with strengths to fill each others weaknesses.

gl hf in the future TL, with this leader you will go far. I find it really amazing how someone so young is so mature and able to look inward to improve. I second this.

As the captain of a team , I must say this blog post talks to me quite a lot. And even "quite a lot" is an understatement, cause hell I know how it feels to be the (5), to sacrifice your whole game to give space to the others to shine. Hell I know , this feeling of having to "Think" everything on your own, believing that you just need to come with a bright idea or strategy to make your team rise from the bottom to the top of the ladder. That, you should take the blame for every failure and that in the end, but that in the end acting as if your opinion doesn't matter as much as your teammate. Or as you also said , having this mentality which drives you to believe that other idea are "always" better then your own. Leading in such way that you end up dictating your teammates how they should think and act, and cause your own performance to drop at the same time. Seriously ... This is so hard ... So hard to endure , and yet so ineffective. So, although I haven't found my answer yet as I still struggle with those inner questions, I want to thank you for this enlightening post and those quotation which allow me to put things into perspective and give me hope that I will someday fine my answer as well as long as I keep my passion for the game. From the bottom of my heart , thank you for this blog and best of luck to you and Liquid, FLUFF
