You need to lose 3 matches in a row, 2 in Code S to finish last in your group, then 1 in ro48 to get knocked out of Code A.
I spoke against it when they first changed to this system for this very reason, but now that we've had it for a long time, I actually like it. It makes staying in the GSL and Code S consistently a real accomplishment. No slumps allowed.

Im pretty sure Labyrinth 1/1/1'd First because he know he cant beat First in a straight macro game. If someone say, Hero, who knows how to counter 1/1/1 perfectly plays Labyrinth, he'll get destroyed.

Well hopefully MVP can rest his arm up now for hots

Uhh what? He's dropped to Code A one season. Other than that he's stayed in Code S for the other 12... Was more questioning the absolute nature of "Only player to have never dropped to Code B" You need a timeframe on that Ever. I mean everyone else has fallen to Code B at least once. NesTea 2012 Season 4, Leenock 2011 May, any other players in question? parting hasn't dropped to code B ;p Yeah, there's a difference here. You could also say that for example Soo has never dropped into Code B. But that's because he's just so new. Parting only debuted in Code A in November 2011. So, he only had 6 seasons in which to drop out. Less than half of the number for Mvp and MKP. Edit: So, as others said. The player should have been in theGSL since January 2011. Among players having been in GSL code S before 2012, I don't think DRG has ever dropped to code B but I may be wrong. yeah i think you're right DRG qualified for Code A and lost, then got seeded into Code S. That's like common knowledge man
DRG lost in round 2, didn't drop out of Code A. He would have been in Code A next season if he hadn't got seeded into Code S.

Man, sucks for Mvp. Hope he doesn't give up.

Well, not really surprised about MVP's loss, kinda expected it to happen. Of course it's sad that an era seems to end now, but with his injury, it might be better if he has time to get some time to rest. I really hope NesTea advanced to the second round, even though he sucks some times, i expec a lot of him with HotS - and to have the chance to play in Code S for the first HotS Season he really needs to reach the second round in Code A ;-)

Too much luck involved in who faces who. One person can get such an easy run while others will face all the best. Get Code B League with proper qualifiers. Modify code A as well. So gosu players that ain't given proper opportunities get the fame and ranking they deserve, just like DRG was code S level long before he qualified for it. Whatever happened to a proper GSTL league? :/
If GOM made a reality show about life in Code B, I would so fucking watch that.

Hosted by Yonghwa, to rub it in their faces that the most prominent Code B mainstay has made it out.

But that was too much of my Bisu fanboyishness talking so I toned it down a bit.
+ Show Spoiler +Apparently that's also how he eliminated Bisu in the qualifiers' finals. Two 1/1/1 in a row. I heard it from Whiplash and SNM in a recent Proleague cast, don't know which anymore.

The problem with MVP at the moment doesn't seem to be mechanics or micro tho, both seem fine in most games. It's just that he used to make good decisions and pick solid builds and not anymore. He's just not playing very well, compared to the MVP we've seen earlier this year.
This is just a streak of losses for a good player that is a bit lost, nothing we haven't seen before. Soo was playing ok but honestly not doing anything exceptional, MVP missed is own timing in g1 and Soo hit a strong timing vs a weird build in g2.

Was that the last WoL game of the all time best WoL player or do we get to see him anywhere else ?

Thats it, WoL is over. ._.
