Hard to believe for the entire 2012, but with so many "Yes" I'll definitely check dat series out even though I'm not that interested in either player yet.
I don't know why Jaedong's game had like 4x the views as Flash's game. That last series was by the best series of the night and one of the better ones of this year.

That piece of shit article have been the rallying point of every BW elitist ever, although it has been time and time again proved completely wrong. Not just partially wrong, completely and utterly wrong.
How are the elephants faring recently? I'm not in touch with SC2 for the last 3-4 months...
Not as good as most people thought. But it is very hard to say how good they are. Now that we have EG-TL in PL we could get a better idea imo since most of the kepsa players stick to the kespa league. But I am convinced that a majority of the best players will be kespa players very soon.
For some one who didn't follow bw to understand why we think like this about the players, think about this example: they make a new game and some of the players that couldn't handle the competition switch over. Two years later, the best sc2 players - Rain, Life, Mvp, Bogus, Hyun, Teajja etc - start playing this new game that is being dominated by Incontrol, Destiny and some "patch zerg". What would you think about the situation?
From your perspective the "BW elitists" are unreasonable - and you have some results to back that claim up. But what we know about the best current sc2 players amounts to this:
For me, personally, MVP is the only player that could somehow stand his ground in BW, so I respect him. But the others too I must say are better than I expected.
It depends on how 'different' the game is. We don't really see WC3 pros doing as well for example. The best WC3 pros are probably Polt and Stephano but they were not really known in WC3. Of course, SC2 is more similar to BW but it still has difference.
Also, you have to remember, there are a lot of rising stars that were too young to get into BW. Who knows if Creator, Life, etc would have done if SC2 wasn't made. Maybe they would be rookies of the year for 2013 PL season.
Personally, I see a pretty even split between eSF, Kespa. But then again, I don't think Korean SC2 can sustain this many players. So I see a merging of some sort in about 1-2 years.
how was stephano not known in wc3 lol. he was top 20 foreigner easily at some stage...
Holy shit, I just realized that the next person Jaedong will play is Hack. I've been cheering for Jaedong thus far, but now I hope that Hack can take down the Tyrant.
Working here. If you use a Android phone the live streaming isn't going to work. It even says so on the page.
There is no app for it, no support for it, but it works.
You got an Android phone and got the live stream to work on the m.gomtv.net page?
Not exactly. m.gomtv.net is the mobile site. I got a an Android phone and got the live stream to work on the www.gomtv.net/live page, so the PC version.
Oh fuck I'm so dumb, the live page should work indeed. Are you on GB or older?
Nope, 4.0 (ice cream sandwich if I remember well). I think you need Flash (google it if u don't know how to install it on android 4).
You can also try out GSLDroid if you can't get gomtv.net to work.
Yep. But it's not always working in my case. At least not today. Dunno why, it says I may not have the ticket (I have premium).
I just tried, doesn't work for me either, might be tghe new GSL stream program.
Thanks. Even in the previous season, it sometimes said the same, and it would work after restarting it sometimes (or maybe I did something wrong). Now this time if it's not working for u neither, I guess it's GSL new program that is not supported. Thanks for the feedback
GSLDroid author here. Yep, they changed stuff up when they got the flash player. I'll try to fix it soon, but GSL have to be live for debugging to be possible.. However, I just added VOD support(still waiting for Play Store to refresh), you guys might be interested in that? Oh, and you'll need VLC Beta for VODs. I guess VLC should work with the livestream too.
