Not a big deal but just ST_Curious about it. love you geoff, keep on keepin on. Who knows, you might be amazing at HoTs, it's a new game. It's funny reading the sensationalism over something like this. We are both christian.. we aren't literal interpreters and we believe in the evolution process. We keep that part of our lives very private because, well, the community at large doesn't seem to be very accepting of people with "different" beliefs. I was raised catholic and had a wonderful young life and I continue to have a nice life now too. IdrA is strongly athiest and one of my best friends. I wish more people were respectful/accepting of that kind of stuff. I don't preach nor do I use my faith as some kind of shield nor do I think it makes me better than anyone.

For all it's flaws the Catholic Church does have one huge thing going for it in that it accepts scientific reality and even encourages scientific progress in many ways. That's a kind of religion I can co-exist with. I dare say if you were a fire and brimstone baptist who thought Obama was the anti-Christ and dinosaur bones were faked by scientists to lead the world to Satan, even Greg would take big issues with that.

I can't begin to imagine how stressful this is for you. Travelling as much as you do, keeping track of the game which you also play while maintaining a team while getting married. I'm incredibly impressed and reading this really made me become even more of a fan. You're one incredible guy, and you and Anna are amazing together. I'm superafraid of flying and hateful of travelling, but I want to make it down to Stockholm to meet you. This game needs more people like you Geoffy. Dont ever give in to the haters and leave us! And I loved this blog. Please do more, let us know the person not just the player/captain/host/commentator =)

Not trying to be sensationalist man, just curious as I saw a couple other people had the same question. 16y/o from a super conservative-christian family here and never heard of a christian that accepts the evolution process. Learn something new everyday.

Learn something new everyday. In the most respectful way possible I think you would benefit from getting out more. The majority of people from every religion are more or less centrists and a majority of American Christians believe in the theories of evolution and gravity. They also don't believe in the 6000 year old earth. I'm actually shocked that there are still people who equate church going with scientific denialism.
