Explain yourself, for my personal amusement. context is everything..idra tells destiny "go back to LoL" while incontrol gives him a high five later on. Why not be pissed off at both of them for the immature behavior? It would be like a kid punchs someone then the kids friends gives him a high five..its immature, and you are going to hate both of them if you are the one punched.
of course not as serious, but still you should get my point. The way wheat/destiny/idra/incontrol acted was just ridiculous when it should have just been a serious discussion.

Also, just to be fair, I'm pretty sure wheat did in fact use the term "nostalgia fag" towards destiny. Truly doesn't matter at all though lol. Anyone who has lost their respect for iNc/wheat/Destiny/etc over this little argument needs to fucking grow a pair. This community seems hellbent on turning this "SC2 IZ DYING" shit into a self-fulfilling prophecy. No, destiny says and i quote (This is how quotes are used people for future reference). When talking about bw customs Destiny "I'm not a nostalgia fag " Wheat "you are though" Destiny brought up the term himself, how surprising.
Oh ok fair enough. Didn't bother me either way

Someone who does not really care about SC2 or the people involved, who’s only reason to be involved is to tear down the people who have worked hard to build something new. A member of a community that loves the power they have over the small, fragile thing that is Esports and the teams involved. Someone who gets off on destroying peoples livelihoods because it makes them feel powerful.

The show could have been great but then they brought on Destiny and it went downhill really fast.
I understand Wheats rage from the point that he wasn't aware what Incontrol just did (high-fiving which is extremely humialiting).
Any people with empathy fully understands Destiny's reaction and "rage-quit" given Incontrol's inappriate behaviour, but if you didn't notice Incontrol high-fiving his rage-quit does indeed seem a bit "pussy'ish."
Anyway, the rant was absolutely hilarous. I couldn't stop laughing.

I think SRS would not have the ability to do what they were doing if the forum did not exist. These people are not invested or willing to do anything beyond just send an email or two to sponsors. They are not going to exchange contact information and move to a new forum to continue their quest to destroy the “neck beards”. Once it becomes more effort to get together and do what they do, they will give up. If there is one thing troll lack it is conviction.

I'm surprised there's this much of a blowup over a few guys known for either trolling or being extremely blunt doing what they always do, except maybe a little louder.

Incontrol deserves to catch hell for this more than anyone else. He's not very good at the game but clings to being a "professional gamer" which of course is laughable. He contributes to the team by being accessible and entertaining for less intelligent viewers and new players. He is SC2 famous FOR being SC2 famous. He doesn't contribute much to the general community yet still brags about collecting a salary that could easily keep several other GOOD pro players afloat. He should definitely be held to a higher standard for his PR actions.
In Idras defense he never tried to be a public figure when he was competitive in tournaments. He didn't pimp himself out or stream nearly as much. Now that EG has brought in new "players" like Thorzain and Stephano Idra sees the writing on the wall and it's time for him to start playing nice with the community. I'd be more inclined to give him a pass because he still contributes to game-based discussion and is considerably less condescending and passive aggressive relative to sleazy Incontrol.

I felt like pretending to shit in my hand and doing a randy savage impression would make it pretty clear I was hamming it up pretty good. I in no way shape or form think this makes it "ok" or alright.. it's obscene and rude. BUT GUESS WHAT? Me ranting about fat girls wearing flip flops is mean/rude. Me ranting about horses IS mean and rude. Me comparing Artosis to a frog that eats shit off the ground IS mean and rude. I have ALWAYS joked this way. And NO this doesn't change anything.. I don't hate Destiny at all. I don't even dislike the guy.. I think he is fucking hilarious and I watch his stream frequently because I enjoy it. But I sure as fuck didn't agree with what he was saying so rather than give a straight laced boring speech I went into "rant mode" which has always been an "incontrol special" or w/e.
I am not sorry for my rant. It was a fucking joke. I am not sorry for high-fiving.. it was a fucking joke. The only thing I regret is having ever responded to this community. 2GD talks about my dead mother watching me masturbate and calls me a cunt on air and it's "Oh 2GD!" Want to know the difference? You guys know god damn well he doesn't give a fuck. I am guilty of giving a fuck.
Well there it is. I will rant and rave in the future. It's what I've done for my entire life. People usually love it but selectively and for no good reason it's also the reason "I lose respect" or "you have lost a fan today."
There are people on reddit campaigning to call the sponsors of EG and get me fired. Part of me hopes they are successful. I couldn't leave SC2 if I tried. Maybe I need this community to fucking murder me. Sure got my respect back with that post! GG Inc <3

I can understand why some people would get upset when Incontrol decides to go on a rant, insulting the person in question, but Destiny? As far as I can tell Destiny has been quite vocal and immature in the past; expressing his feelings through not the most constructive and mature posts/threads.
So why do some people act as if Destiny, the saint, didn't know what he got himself into, inviting himself on to the show even after having listened to the show following up to that point?
Give Incontrol and the rest of the guys on ITG a break. I'm pretty sure most of the people posting here, including me, got more fired up and 'butt hurt' than the actual people involved (Incontrol, Destiny, IdrA, Painuser and Wheat). You do know Incontrol and IdrA were/are relatively good friends with Destiny, right? Wouldn't surprise me one bit if in a week, they've put all of this behind them, before any of us here have.
