I agree they've improved a lot. A while ago (like begin 2012) i found the casting boring, but after a while that wasn;t the case anymore. But it could also be me changing.

The quote wasn't. It was the "Just shut up, Khaldor" that he posted before which was rude and not needed.

I think so. Kespa players are 1) really good at preparing, and 2) they had a lot of free time to do so earlier. A lot of them spent weeks/days preparing against an opponent who maybe went to foreign tournaments or prepared for a GSTL match in the meantime, so they had a clear upper hand. On top of that, they had resources to study whereas their opponent would be in the dark.
Also, for U&D, you have to play all 3 matchups/opponents so that cuts into prep time. Another factor could be that eSF players aren't as focused on playing the Kespa player. So they feel less nervous (although I am not sure whether this 'Kespa fear' actually existed). But I think both sides are getting used to it.
Cloud Kingdom Parting starts as the blue Protoss in the top right, asd starts as the orange Terran in the bottom left.
missed the beginning of the game but looks like fast 3 Orbitals for Byun and fast-expand for Parting, getting additional gates and Robo.
8:00min Parting goes for a fast Robotics Support Bay and +1 armor upgrade, Byun moves out with a bunch of Marine-Marauder with Stim and Combat Shields while starting double-upgrades and Starport back at home
10:00min Byun doesn't commit to an attack and backs off. Parting takes his third, Byun floats his third CC down as well. Byun is still poking with his Marine-Marauder force at Partings front and Parting catches a bunch of units with Force Fields but doesn't kill too much.
12:00min Parting built his Templar Archives and researches Storm after building only one Colossus Byun on the other hand still only uses Marine-Marauder-Medivac.
14:00min Parting goes for +2 Armor and adds a 2nd Forge for +2 Weapons while Byun starts his +2 weapon and armor upgrades

And there's the fact that the kespa players we've seen in up&downs are up&comers without any prior individual league success & so obviously feeling huge pressure
