Long story short, this guy does 0 scouting and blindly reacts to an incoming drop multiple times.
I suggest watching the replay and studying it for yourself, but I'll give a breakdown here. Both FE, I go 1/1/1 and he does 3rax. A drop of marines is loaded up and he intercepts the drop at his base with absolutely no scouting on the map or of my build.

Friskyqt's defense
In the replay, and after the game when he is confronted by his cheating, he just spams his stream URL in chat and says he's legit. But if you know anything about hacks, you can still stream while using a hack. + Show Spoiler +
This is allowed because the hack runs on a separate overlay, allowing the cheater to capture only the game source. So as the viewer, you only see the game source on stream, while on his monitor he has the hack running over it, uncaptured by the stream. This voids his argument (not to mention he was extremely defensive, resorting to namecalling, and having other people message me when I blocked him).
Secondly, he said in chat post-game that he "knew I was going fast dropships because I was turtling." Watch the replay for yourself if you can corroborate that claim. My guess is, you can't. This guy has a strong 40apm and apparently has psychic vision of the future. Not to mention that according to his stream he's 15, and this is irrelevant, but 15 year olds definitely fit the profile of cheaters
Or you can watch the replay and judge for yourself.

He rounds up marines/turrets to the top right of his base as my drop approaches. Notice the minimap and how he has scouted nothing. You can check replay to verify this.
5 seconds later
Notice how he hasn't seen the drop yet--it's the same gametime as above but with only Friskyqt's vision.

Cheating Example 2

He selects his marines before the drop is in vision and attacks right as he gets dropped.
Marines unselected
Marines unselected--notice he sees nothing
Marines are now selected and are kept selected until he 1a's into the drop
Vision of the drop incoming
1a's into the drop, never dropping the selection

RICH made an app that forces an application into the layered windows category for xsplit, so that it's screen region capture method ignores it.
From the vod of the hacker that someone linked, it appears that the hack runs within the game's dx9 frame buffer, meaning any capture method (dxtory, game source, or screen region) would capture it. That's just one implementation of one type of cheat, so in theory you could run the map hack as an overlay and hide it from stream viewers, but you can pretty easily figure out that the dude is hacking just based on their mechanics and decision making, they'll play like tards and react to things they can't see on a very consistant basis.

Uhhh no, that's all theorycrafting. There's no such thing as a stream-proof hack.
