It would have been nice though if he took the classy road and thanked the other teams for being so good and helping them elevate their play this season. Or maybe wish them all good luck in the finals and hope a NA team brings it home.
just my 2c i guess.
I agree. But that's just not the way League works. Or eSports in general, I suppose. I mean, Idra remains one of the most popular players in SC2 despite the fact that he's a complete ass.

Not the only one who thought that, I honestly think he may of chickened out at the last moment.
I thought that at first, but I think the long pauses were due to him trying not to cry. He seemed to be very happy, and the more they all mentioned their girlfriends, the more emotional he got.

Yeah, I definitely thought that by the way he was tearing up and thinking up his words.
Also, does anyone think that it is kind of weird that even though Dignitas and CLG.NA have spent weeks training in Korea, TSM is still dominating the NA scene? Did they not take their practice time seriously enough? Did they not scrim a lot against other Koreans teams? Would have thought they could have came up with some more interesting/refined strategy or cheese or at least get better team coordination or something but it doesn't seem like they improved that much. CLG might have been the only team that did something a bit out of the norm with their Promote/teleport everywhere strategy, at least from the matches I've watched.

Dig/Clg's problems are not strategies or Korean stuff. It's something Korea cannot fix.
Ya it was sort of funny how CLG basically all has GF's except doublelift. Doublelifts "I made it" was the most touching part of the whole tournament imo. He really came a long way from being basically homeless to where he is now. I thought he also would have thanked travis, those two have some brolove.

Idk but I think Azubu Blaze is the best thing to ever happen to TSM so far. They got a huge reality check and I'm pretty sure they immediately studied the Korean teams and adapted to those strategies. We've all seen how TSM started doing the lane swaps and taking fast towers that Azubu loved to do. So CLG and Dig having been in Korea gives them no edge at all.
Who was the team that was telling other teams to not scrim with TSM? Orb was the only one willing to scrim with TSM and so TSM is pretty nice to Orb when they speak of them.
I think the reason dignitas didn't come with a plan was because they actually thought CLG was better than TSM. I guess just spending time in Korea made the two teams think they soaked up the play and became better through osmosis.

Dignitas. (Oh, and i have no idea if the thing is true, that was just what i read from some random thread on lol forums. They said that TOO said it on his stream)

I agree with you completely. Unfortunately, they don't realize they are setting a bad example for the rest of the community to follow, and this is most likely why none of the other competitive games (SC2, D2) take us seriously.

I thought I heard in an interview that they were scrimming CLG. Did this happen after the 2nd day or something?

Yeah sure. They will hate no matter what, deal with it.
