How do you feel about securing your first ever OSL victory after taking down MarineKing?
The game itself made me feel really pressured. I played with the thought that I had already lost but my hard work was the driving force that made me able to pull off the comeback. I tried to make him feel extremely bothered with my play and I think that went really well.
What was the reason that made the game so hard?
I couldn't block his banshee attacks very well. I took a lot more damage than I thought I would and I also put myself in disadvantageous situations through how I handled battles.
MarineKing was in the lead but you were still able to force him to transition to late game.
It seemed like Terran players prefer to go to late game on this map. That's why I think MarineKing intentionally was aiming for the late game, so I decided to delay his timing through my use of zealots and I think that decision was a good one.
The playoffs are right in front of you so isn't practice hard?
We still have time so the team has been very lenient on my practicing. That's why I've been able to practice for my individual leagues.
Have you been receiving help form coach BoxeR?
There were a lot of things I didn't know about the game that existed that he taught me. I think I'm going to keep requiring help from him from now on.
Were you sure about today's victory?
Before the group nominations began I really wanted to avoid Mvp and MKP. But then MKP picked me so I got flustered. I stated that I was confident but truth be told, I didn't think I had a chance of winning. I think I won because I got lucky. I normally really suck at PvTs mostly so since I got rid of the only Terran in the group, I'm going to be able to play great games.
Your next opponent is DongRaeGu.
Since he is a GSL champion I'm going to have to prepare extensively.
Anything else you would like to say?
I want to thank Mercury hyung and hudadek for practicing with me. BeSt hyung also plays today so I hope he wins so that we can go back together feeling great.

You over came Mvp and secured your first OSL victory.
After seeing the KeSPA players lose yesterday I felt some burdens. But my practices went well so I was confident that I would win.I think the game went well like I wanted them to.
What did you mean when you said that your practices went well?
I had a lot of time. That's why I was able to get in plenty of practice. Most of my teammates went on break so they were gone but our SC2 secret ace remained and that one player was all the help I needed. I really want to thank him for that.
Wasn't facing Mvp a lot of pressure?
He was a player I really wanted to win against. I wonder if beating a top Terran player will get me recognized.
If you had to evaluate today's game?
I brought a strategy with me that I did not expect to happen. I excluded the thought that he would go triple CC but he ended up doing exactly that so I got flustered. Thankfully, I was able to put myself ahead quite a few times with a lot of nice timing engagements so I grabbed the victory.
Feels like you would have gained a lot of confidence after beating Mvp.
The game against PartinG is going to be the key game. If I can win against him I think I can start to think about grabbing the championship. I think all KeSPA players are going to have to push the GSL players back with their confidence.
How do you plan to prepare for the rest of your games?
We're on break right now so there are no Protoss players to practice with, so I'm worried about that. I think I'm going to have to practice heavily on ladder. If I can beat PartinG, I will do a ceremony.
Anything else you would like to say?
I will definitely defeat PartinG and do a ceremony. PartinG was supposed to be a "walking 1 win card" but he won yesterday. I'll congratulate him for that for now but he should know that to me, he is still a "walking 1 win card".

You won with a strategic macro game.
All the games played today before mine, the KeSPA players won so I got nervous but I'm glad I was able to win like this. With today's victory, I grabbed the confidence I needed to face the rest of my games.
The GSL players before you all fell so what did you think as you watched?
As far as I could tell, MKP played pretty badly. Mvp hyung's build order was not in sync with his opponent's so he disappointingly lost. He probably thought Flying would go for a passive macro game but he ended up doing an aggressive game instead so Mvp lost in a weak fashion.
How are your PvPs and PvTs?
In PvTs, the battle of build orders is even more crucial than PvPs. So it's about 5:5. In order to flip this ratio around Liquid`TaeJa would have to attend this tournament.
Even though your blink stalker build order was revealed you still won.
It was a strategy where I would have been fine even if he found out about my build order as long as my warp prism intention was never revealed. I saw his probe movement so I followed it with my stalker and I saw that he sent it back home. So I was sure of my victory.
Seems like you probably didn't practice a lot since it was a PvP.
Since the battle of build orders is so crucial I actually prepared even more for this one. In order to make a comeback in disadvantageous situations, I brought up certain skills. I practiced with Squirtle, Creator, PartinG, Seed, JYP, and inori. I practiced with the top finishes from WCS so I was able to fine tune my plays.
In the OSL, KeSPA players and GSL players are equally putting up fierce battles.
I don't think it's going to take that long for KeSPA players to catch up. Compared to the BW days, SC2 replays are publicized more and there are already roads that we figured out for them so it's going to be easy for them to catch up. But I think I still have an advantage when it comes to multi-tasking, tactical macro, and army control so I plan to utilize these advantages to their full potential for this tournament.
If there was a player in the OSL who could stop you from taking the championship?
Definitely the Protoss players, PartinG, Oz, and Sun are candidates for that. I'm not scared of Zergs all that much and the only scary Terran player is probably Mvp hyung. Originally I used to be scared of MKP but after watching today's game, not any more (laughs).
Your next opponent is the final weapon, Flash.
In SC2 earnings, I am ranked at #1. I don't particularly have a desire to face Flash but other people seem to want to. I'm going to take it a little easy on Flash and play up to par with him.
Anything else you would like to say?
I want to thank the players who helped me with practice. For some strange reason, I don't get nervous for foreign tournaments but GSLs and OSLs makes me nervous. I'm going to fix this about me and show better performances for next time.
Today's game was a quick game so I want to apologize to the fans. For my next game, I will show a unique strategy that people can use on ladder. I want to thank my girlfriend for coming with me today, my mother for cheering for me, and I want to wish SK Gaming's LoL team a good luck since they've been doing really well recently. If I end up sucking in the near future I will head over to the LoL's team house and do the dishes there (laughs). I hope they will watch over me. But if the LoL team starts sucking, I'm going to prepare a lot of dishes for them to wash on my end (laughs).
