If Polt loses to Curious... Korea will have 0 Terrans representing them. That's unheard of ;o

I'm pretty convinced now it's not elephants....it's just protoss dominating korea.

Bumblebee commented that it was decided and suggested by Mr. Chae that HerO were to pull out after getting his seed even before the tournament started - TL originally didn't want him playing as they didn't like that they had to pull out midway, but it was suggested and thereby sanctioned by Mr. Chae himself

Quick question: are vods usually delayed by a few days? I checked the youtube channel and the videos are all from like Day 1 and stuff

Just a small word on HerO's forfeit. Because Bumblebee is the man and does his job better than anyone, we found out about the scheduling issue between MLG and WCS in July. We really do not like consciously committing to things we can't finish so we suggested to WCS that we cancel HerO and TaeJa's participation.
These choices need to be made very early on. MLG needs to know whether you're coming to play group stage so they can book the flights and hotel for you. The forfeit has nothing to do with how much of a chance we have to win WCS due to PvP or other silly speculation like that. You don't tell MLG you will participate, having your flights booked, and then say never mind our chances in WCS are better. We decided MLG over WCS, knowing we would be in MLG group stage, when WCS had not even started yet.
After some communication GOMTV basically said we should join WCS, and play it for the seeds to WCS Asia, since it was possible to qualify for top 8 before MLG started. We appreciate this kind of attitude from tournaments, although as our suggestion implies we also would have understood if they said you can't play.

Wait, so did Taeja never participate in WCS Korea? I can't find his name in liquipedia.

Afaik, MLG Summer Arena was on when WCS Korea started, so TaeJa couldn't participate
He won a pretty insane qualifier for MLG Summer Arena to earn his seed, so can't say I blame him for that
