Planning the Journey [KOREA]

Korea in September, mainly becuase I wanted to see BroodWar live at least once in my life and since this is the last season we are going to the finals. We planned to go on 20. sept - 29. sept(or smth. like that). If the finals are in Busan we go there by train, shouldn't be a problem? But on the rest of the trip we got like 0 clue what to do. My mate wants to see K-Pop live, I think he will @ Finals. You got any tips for sightseeing, nightlife and other stuff? - please help us greets

borlee Liechtenstein246 Posts June 06 2012 05:26 GMT #3 We are going to stay in Seoul. In a somewhat cheap hotel, since we don't need a 5 star hotel and I heard train is pretty wide in seoul so it shouldn't be a problem if we're not in the exact center of seoul.

ggggbabybabybaby Canada304 Posts June 06 2012 22:40 GMT #5 Check out http://english.visitkoreayear.com/english/benefit/benefit_07_01_01.asp to see if you can get tickets for any free bus from Seoul to Busan and back. It's pretty comfortable actually. A lot nicer than the 무궁화 overnight train which is like 25000W each way and leaves you stuck at Busan station for an hour or two before the subway opens.
