EPTAnyway to try and remedy this? I've found posting drunk helps, but thats a pretty shitty way to try and fix this problem.

But in all seriousness, when you mean "epic quality", do you mean "one that pushes the intellectual bounds and sophistication of the token TLer", or "one that will make people facepalm so hard that they'll find it hilarious and post 5/5 just out of pity"? Both are considered "epic" in their own right, and posting drunk will often lead to the latter occurring. I think that having a sense of humor, a strong sense of direction with where you want to go with your blog, good spelling, grammar, and formatting skills, and some nice pictures are a good start if you wish for your epic blog to fall into the first category  Good luck! | ||

edit: I also am very critical of myself, to the point where it hurts me. I feel let down when I make a mistake or do not live up to my own high expectations. These otherwise small mistakes annoy me so much, that I stop doing whatever I did until that. Recently I found that setting a deadline can help. | ||
