And i realise it was also 3 stargates before the corruptor hits the carrier. I actually wonder if Genius did practice those kind of strats before whether with DRG or not cause it seems pretty well executed and the only thing that would spoil his plan is the massive drop play. This is not the first time Genius has gone carriers, and it never works. Calm before the Storm is a better map for it, and he got the critical mass, and still lost. Can't remember exactly which series it was from, but its not a good strategy unfortunately. Drop play is far from the online thing that will "spoil his plan", he can lose in any number of ways.
I will "never" understand why people make absolute matter of fact statements (like "never"), without doing their homework first.
I don't like making people look ridiculous, but: Irony Moment Here.

There's really no good reason for this website to follow any model set by any other website. The front page image could have just as easily said "AND THE WINNER IS..." and I'm sure it would have been appreciated by the people who don't want to be spoiled and completely unnoticed by those who don't care. There's a featured article for results and a thread for results. Seriously, what is the point of bothering the people who come here to use one of the many other features of the site? A boxing site offers nothing but news. This is not a boxing site.

Genius played soo bad in the last game. All he had to do was blink into DRG's main and the game was completely over.

? so if there's a big tournament, and I don't want the results to be spoiled...
I shouldn't come browse the biggest starcraft 2 community? I mean, atleast make a thread about it or make a warning that there are spoilers, don't broadcast on front page...."DRG WON DRG WON" and shove it right up in everyone's face. :/

Good finals but Genius' indecisiveness and not stopping the third when he was right beside it meant that DRG definitely deserved the win.

It makes you like idiot.
As for GOM refunding you, you have no right to demand one. This isn't the same as demanding a refund from a website that is based out of your local state, and any refund that GOM decides to give will be from the good services of their heart. PS I have a good job

Try it on a unit tester: assume that Genius had +1 attack and so did DRG, as that was the most plausible outcome. You're missing the point. Artosis was assuming DRG wasn't going to be able to scout the carriers and wouldn't have the spire in time. 8 Carriers vs no corrupters = a Genius win.
You don't need to scout carriers to go spire. Drg already scouted 2 stargates. If he didn't prepare for air he would have died to mass void rays too but of course DRG would because again he scouted it and a zerg really shouldn't be going that long without anti air.
Edit: and this is under the assumption that hydras wouldn't be enough to stop carriers (which I'm quite sure they would be)

In the last game why the fuck did you attack into the spine crawlers wall when you had advantage man, just killed the rock and walk in the man or denied as much hatch as possible? sighhhhhhhh, fuck it. Crossfire, what do you expect. The next map after that was Bel'Shir. Those are 2 base all-in maps for Protoss. It's not quite like when Jaedong was handed that win over flash over a DC in (OSL?) finals, but having a deciding match for Protoss on CrossFire is disappointing to say the least. Jaedong had that in the bag, but I kind of like Crossfire, even though a lot of the PvZs are suckish True, though the definition of Flash is that he comes back from impossible situations. Even so... JD had it in the bag. ... Genius made a lot of stupid mistakes that series (bungling micro on his proxy 2port, inability to commit to defend or base-trade in multiple games, etc.) but what killed me was watching how desperately he was moving around in that last game, trying to shut down wherever DRG might expand to keep it 2v2 base, knowing he couldn't hold a third of his own. So many posts about how Genius failed XF because he couldn't keep his army together when they couldn't see how many awesome flanks he *almost* set up, while simultaneously hunting for expansions - making the best out of a shit situation and almost coming through. DRG played better last night period and probably would have won regardless, don't get me wrong, but you don't want to see someone go out like that. CrossFire is fucking handicap map. Good riddance. -_-;
If you cant understand the position of the game at that "MSL" finals, there is no helping your lack of grasp for the game..

Hydras are just shit in general, and if you already have a Spire (why wouldn't you in modern ZvP?) then the likelihood of trying to use Hydras to counter Carriers rather than Corruptors is minimal anyway, so it doesn't really matter outside of TheoryCraft Land.

Sports are a competition, mental and physical, between two or more people. This is a mixture of both. If E-sports is ever going to go anywhere it is going to end up with a model similarish to other major sports in many ways.
