I originally took in game screen-shots to construct an image that would serve as backdrop for
Grubby’s announcement to his fans. Wanting to add more personality, I decided to illustrate my own Protoss UI over the top of the draft, and it came out much better than I had anticipated. In the end, I actually also created the .html css file for the live splash page. It took a little bit of learning on top of what I already know, but after about 30 minutes I had the file that would go live. I was quite proud of myself.
