Some of the quality out there is silly good. im not sure if you would count these as true PMV's (If you are being chill about it you could but if you are being a format nazi you would not count them  ) but if they were they would for sure make my top 10 | ||

Pinkie Pie > Dash >> {Fluttershy + Twilight} >> AJ >>> Rarity but now I am all Dash > {Twilight, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie} > Rarity > AJ I put more >'s in the first one than the second one to emphasize that it compressed over time, but the first one was quite compressed as well outside of Rarity (who did indeed grow on me) One time I asked someone why they had AJ last on their list and his response was " *shrug* someone's got to be last" | ||

1 - Twilight 2 - Rainbow 3 - Pinkie 4 - AJ 5 - Fluttershy 6 - Rarity it really shouldn't be fair to rank them though, its more like twi, then a 5 way tie for 2nd =P | ||

Top Tier: 1. Pinkie Pie 2. Rainbow Dash (Sonic Rainboom is imba, but Pinkie's little songs and humor in so many episodes adds up) High Tier: 3. Rarity 4. Fluttershy Mid Tier: 5. Applejack 6. Twilight Sparkle However... Season 2 Tier List: God Tier: 1. Twilight Sparkle Mid Tier: The Rest Lesson Zero almost killed me from a laughing fit. I'm actually disappointed in Pinkie so far in Season 2 (no mini-songs, not quite as funny overall) so she will likely drop in the final Season 2 tier list. | ||

I loved the part in Lesson Zero where she brought balloons to the picnic and then they floated away XD You're right that so far she hasn't been at the same level as season 1 but mostly I just think she just hasn't been given any opportunities. You can't really extrapolate anything about how you'll feel at the end of season 2 when we've only seen 6 (really 5) episodes so far. With episodes centered on Everypony, Twilight, Luna/Twilight, Rarity/Sweetie Belle, CMC, you can't say much about PP/RD/AJ/FS. I imagine that if you had only watched the pilot and 4 random season 1 episodes your tier list would be quite different! Man someday they are going to stop making episodes and that is going to make me sad, I hope that day does not come for as long as possible because every new episode makes my life better : 3 | ||
